Wagyu carpaccio was wonderful! The seasoning / dressing of the arugula balanced the richness of the wagyu with some acidic citrus notes. The steak was amazing and has this coffee nutty flavor infused into the meat. A must try. The ahi tuna was great but the broccoli was a little too heavy on the seasoning, overshadowing the tuna’s subtle notes. Creamy corn with bacon bits was a nice side dish

Amazing experience and worth every penny. Missy was our incredible server and made our dinner. The food was the best we’ve had especially the steaks. This is the place to take the wife for a special night.

We used to save this place for special occasions… now we find ourselves going all the time — and for good reason! The food is consistently fabulous, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the people truly make it special.

The service is, without exaggeration, the best we’ve ever experienced. Becky and Brandon at the bar are absolute standouts — attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making every visit memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure we feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walk in.

It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers this level of excellence across the board, but this one does it effortlessly. Highly recommend!
Thank you Chamberlain’s

Came here for my wedding anniversary. We had my idea of surf and turf which is steak and fish. We had the rainbow trout and New York strip steak with jalapeño mushrooms, garlic mash potatoes, and asparagus. The Crème brûlée was perfect. Everything was delicious! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere lively. The price was right. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I recommend everyone to dine here.

We celebrated my wife finishing chemotherapy and an early Valentine’s dinner here, and the team went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable.
They prepared a thoughtful alcohol free drink for her, treated us to a complimentary appetizer, and the food was exceptional. The highlight of the night was a handwritten card signed by staff members congratulating her on completing treatment. That level of care meant so much to us.
Thank you for making a very special night even more meaningful. We will never forget this night and look forward to coming back.
Special thanks to Tommy, Becky and the entire team for their kindness and attention.

Came in for restaurant week on a weekday. Food was good, service was mediocre

Bread and butter on the table is a nice start. Nothing crazy.

The beef and bison dumplings were pretty awesome, though they might be better served as meatballs.

Ensalada del Mercado was good but nothing special. Don’t forget to get the dressing on the side next time.

Prime rib was the star of the show. Excellent cut of meat, and the horseradish sauce was incredible. Comes with mashed potatoes that are sweating butter. Would absolutely order again.

the ginger, garlic, and soy glazed pork chops were pretty good. 2 chops with a good crust about 1” thick. Not on the regular menu which is a shame. The wife didn’t care for the sweet potato grits but I thought they were novel. Might order again if I wanted chops, but it was overshadowed by the prime rib.

Lavender crème brûlée was good. The blueberry compote didn’t really jive, but it didn’t slow me down either.

Peach and cinnamon bread pudding was ok.

Not sorry we went for restaurant week, not sure I would go back at full price.

Like the rest of the reviews, I had a very subpar service experience, but the food was incredible. Probably the greatest steak I’ve ever had (16 oz Prime Ribeye, 40-yr aged). Juicy, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Yes, there is a scent of cigar smoke, but it’s not too bad. It’s unfortunate that the server seemed to care less about our experience, but the food was indeed some of the best I’ve ever had! We also had the salmon, sea bass, and the shrimp pasta, which were pretty decent too.

We went in this past Saturday (1/17/26) and had the most wonderful experience. We were celebrating our daughters birthday and they made her feel so special. Todd, our server was absolutely the BEST! Informed us of all of the specials, and never had us waiting, or wanting for anything. He was on top of every need we may have had during our dining experience. Will definitely ask for him again!

We started out with the Kobe Beef Potstickers, Meatballs, Coconut Shrimp, and it was all so very good. Entree’s were prime rib, 8 oz filet, the Pork Chops. Food was delicious, and very hearty portions, we had enough to bring home as well. Served with the entree’s were the parmesan truffle grits, garlic mashed potatoes, which are both are favorites, so it is always hard to choose which one we want. And for dessert she had several options to choose from, and we decided to split three of their most popular ones, the cheesecake (with strawberries, of course), the chocolate cake, and of course the coconut cream pie. All great choices, and delicious! We always love our trips to Chamberlains, that is why it stays at the top of our go to restaurants for special occasions! If you haven’t been – you need to!

Best lambchops in Dallas.

Service was extraordinary and we enjoyed the meal. Only downside was a strong scent of cigar which I enjoyed but wife hated.

Came for restaurant week. Food is very good! Seafood Clchowder is smooth and creamy, waygu dumpling and Asian slaw is tasty. I loved the dressing, just enough of the zesty flavor. Mignon was excellently cooked. Bread pudding and creme brulee was excellent.
