Thank you for the meal. Sorry, I did not enjoy the Pho, the broth lacked flavor, it had too much salt, so much salt, I could taste it in the noodle. The typical sides were not served, no sprouts, basil, or mint. No hoisin or even sriracha (unless requested for extra)
Everything about the meal was not up to standard and for the price, especially around a college campus, it made me feel sad for the students. Not a great place, though service was fast and friendly.

Chaiyo’s wasn’t the absolute best food I’ve had in my life, but I still had a great time here and would recommend it to other people.
I came in with pretty low expectations, as the Asian food scene in Knoxville isn’t great. The restaurant was quite empty for a Friday evening, but it is the summer.
Ordered the drunken noodles, chicken satay, and a couple of dishes that I don’t remember off the top of my head. In general, the food was good, and I especially liked the drunken noodles.
Good spot! Also, it’s very affordable.

Pad thai is very dry as of late which makes me sad. I recommend the Pad see ew, though it is also pretty dry not as dry as the pad thai. Sushi has been good in the past but other times not as good. Vibe is immaculate and I have had great pad thai here before, but the past two dry pad thai experiences have made me bitter. I have not given up on this place however, and I will update my rating accordingly!

The parking is tricky! The food was amazing! Had Sea of Love sushi roll to start. Really good!!!! Shrimp Pad Thai and Chicken Drunken Noodles as our meals. Everything was excellent!!!!

This is the best restaurant I have been in years. I’m not big on chain restaurants or fancy things. This hits the spot! It also fills that void that taste of Thai left behind. Drunken noodles was done very well. The noodles were firm and consistent. I only waited 4 minutes for my food. The staff were friendly. Love the portions

I have been going here consistently for about a year now and this the spot in Knoxville for Thai food. Staff is always insanely friendly/welcoming and the portions are seriously amazing.
