The food was amazing. The spice in the chicken rice noodle soup was just the right amount of heat needed when your feeling under the weather. This was a great 1st time trying this place out. I definitely recommend dining here.

Food is always good. But the service was lacking this time I came. The skinny blonde Caucasian lady had a nasty attitude after I came in the store two separate times to pickup an order that was placed 30 mins before. Once I finally received my order I asked for extra side sauces and she replied it cost money like I’m broke or it was a problem. So I proceed to hand her a $100 bill. She then catches another attitude because she has to “go in the back to break the bill”. Comes back and puts my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. Nasty attitude. Next time I’ll just refund my money and y’all can keep your food and her attitude .

Tonight I ordered tempura chicken from the appetizer menu through take out. I received my order but did not check it until I got home. When I got home I opened my order to eat it and I did not have tempura chicken. I had tempura vegetables with the chicken tenders that come with this kids meal. I have eaten here several times and I know what this appetizer is and looks like. The chicken is thick and tempura battered and delicious. I called the restaurant to let them know I received the wrong this (please note: I just ordered this same thing yesterday *dont judge, it’s the cravings) . The female store manger got on the phone and told me she knew what I received and that it was the correct thing. After I told her it was not tempura chicken and I eat there often and would just like the tempura chicken, she tried to tell me that it always comes that way and that it comes with vegetables. I said on the menu, it doesn’t even say it comes with vegetables and it never has before and the chicken is not even tempura battered. She was rude and repeated the same thing and said she had no idea what I was talking about because it always comes that way. This is the worst experience I have ever had there.

Y’all need to get it together. Online says open 11am–9pm, so I call to place an order and get hit with “hunny we’re closed, call back at 4:30.” ??? If you’re not open, UPDATE YOUR HOURS. Don’t waste people’s time letting the internet lie for you. Super unprofessional and annoying. I shouldn’t have to play guessing games just to get Thai food. Fix it.
