Me and 4 other patrons waited over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge us. I ended up, just leaving due to their terrible customer service. I even tried calling… it’s almost 8 o’clock so for a place that’s open 24 hours… that looks really bad. Honestly, don’t waste your time at this place. There’s a ton more Mexican restaurants in the area it’s better service. Give them your money.

The service was great, I came late at night, and they were busy, like Chachos normally is. The Taste of the food was there, nothing wrong with that. The quantity of the nachos and how the looked rush together there me off a little . They could of had an off night in that regard. Their burrito was on point a d was constructed better than the nachos.. I’ll try them out 2 more times at this location to see if there is a difference.

This chachos is Drive Thru only! Dine-in is always closed. They have two car lanes, but they only operate one, despite the long lines. It wouldn’t be so bad if they put cones or did something to alert the customers that the second lane is closed; instead of making everyone turn back around to get back to the end of the line. Oh! And they “don’t have house fajita”, so you’re forced to pay Steak price for the same meat. Maybe staff issues? Not sure, but just know what to expect so the simplest things won’t annoy you as much. Food is still good.

Used to be good but clear has went to horrible and the service is even worse, they leave you waiting at the speaker never answer see cars ahead of you after a 5 minute wait you drive off because they still have not answered to take your order.

Chachos was once a fun place with great margaritas and very good food. Now it’s just a hole in the wall that sends food out to your car. You can’t see the kitchen or the people preparing your food. They don’t care enough to get your order correct. Who ever is managing this place should be replaced. I won’t be returning!!

Food is usually awesome. Customer service not so much. Speaker in lane 2 goes out. Instead of putting customers in the order they were in they just tell them to back up and go to lane 1. Which means the person at the front of the line becomes dead last. Then when you try to explain to the gentlemen taking your order he doesn’t even listen to what you have to say and totally blows you off. Gives some excuse about lane 1 goes faster. It might go faster in theory but not when you put the person in the front of the line in the back. So neither speaker works it seems. After finally reaching the window, the cashier doesn’t know my order. I asked for the manager…didn’t show. Just opened my food…I hate the drive thru! I am not even sure these wings are done! $15+

Food is decent. The low stars is for the experience at the drive through, the menu is big, which is great for options. But the person taking the order was rushing and not giving any time to view the items. Soon as the car pulls up to the menu, expect to have your order ready.

So everything goes well until a rude hobbit size bald, salt and pepper beard man double charges me for my order. At first he rudely denies the mistake, of course , until I show him at the window with my cell phone that my card was double charged. Suddenly he remembers and says he canceled the first charge (but why?) and charged my card again for $24.40.

I ordered the full size Monster nachos thru the drive thru. I drove almost 15miles from my home for this. Got back home and opened the container and ALL I HAD WAS DRY NACHOS, DRY SHREDDED CHICKEN, HARD GROUND BEEF AND NO CHEESE . I definitely drove all the way back for either my $$ back or correct it. I had to wait in a long line just to get it fixed!! Never again.
