Found this amazing Peruvian restaurant only about an 8-minute drive from Orlando Airport. The ambiance is really nice and welcoming.
For appetizers, we ordered the Causa Limeña Acevichada — fish ceviche with potato dough. It’s kind of like a potato salad with sashimi, and once you pour the sauce on top, wow… it ties the whole dish together perfectly.
The half chicken was incredible — super juicy, not dry at all, and very flavorful. The Lomo Saltado a lo pobre was cooked just right; the beef loin wasn’t overcooked, and the sauce with the entire plate was absolutely delicious.
Now let me talk about the mango juice — THE BOMB!!! I’ve had mango juice in so many places, and this one tops them all. The flavor is amazing, and the size is like woahhh!!! Make sure Katherine makes it for you — she was our server, and she was great. Super friendly, very attentive, and gave us excellent recommendations on what to order. She also made my mango juice, and I was beyond happy with it!
I’m not from the area, but I was told they’re opening another CHABUCA location in Avalon Park, which is exciting. Definitely coming back when I’m in town again!

From the moment we stepped in side, we were treated like special guests. The decor was elegant, but welcoming to guests dressed casual, and spotless.
Our server, Juan Pablo, was professional and entertaining. He spoke English well enough to guide us thru the menu and with a little assistance from Google, we understood the menu items.
From cocktails (Pisco Sour)to appetizer (Yuquitas Inka) to the main meal (Loma Saltado & Seafood Rice-I made two meals out of this) to dessert (Alfajores), EVERYTHING was spectacular.
We highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking to enjoy a fabulous meal.

Simply wow! We had a group of 8 including some kids. The service from Juan Pablo was absolutely amazing. The food a 12 out of 10. Notably the Ceviche and grilled octopus was the best I’ve had and others also agreed. Will definitely be a regular here when back in town!

Wow — this place is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Peruvian flavors. The drinks were refreshing and perfectly made, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond — super friendly and attentive the whole time. You can really feel the love and pride they put into every detail. I want to try this restaurant because a friend of mine talk to me about it I do love Peruvian food especially the chaufa rice. Which in my mind if you make Chaufa Rice right everything else is delicious delicious. We visited on a Sunday and they were two options to choose. Juan Pablo our server explain the options ( Buffet or a la carte) the benefit and advantage the time frame. and the price. We decided to go a la carte and I ordered a Chicken Chaufa and to me was super tasty, fresh and delicious. I was impressed. My partner ordered Lomo Asado and I was told that was perfectly cooked with a delicious taste. He ate it all!

Amazing food, a wonderful atmosphere, and Juan Pablo is a fantastic server—kind, attentive, and always looking after our table and needs. My family and I will definitely be returning! If you’ve never tried Peruvian cuisine, this is the perfect place to start. Definitely give their famous pollo a la brasa and delicious sauces a try—you won’t be disappointed!

First time visiting Chabuca and I was pleasantly surprised! The most authentic and original Peruvian flavors are right here, even the burger has that delicious Peruvian touch!
We tried leche de tigre, lomo saltado, and tallarines with lomo saltado, and everything was absolutely amazing. Service was excellent, super friendly with my 3 year old son and they made us feel so comfortable. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Great customer service and great food, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Glad we took a chance, food was delicious and price was reasonable for such authentic place. Sorry for the not so great picture of my plate but took a bite and didn’t want to stop then remembered I could give it an amazing review and took the picture, the presentation was great though. Stole some of my husband’s food as well, it was delicious.

It was our first time visiting this location and we saw it by mistake. Don’t think that because of where it’s located, you will not like it. Juan Pablo was our waiter and he was very helpful in helping us with the menu. The ambiance was great. The food and the music was fantastic. I will return again.
