The tomahawk is AMMMazing!!! My server Martin made sure to go above and beyond with every single of my requests. His cocktail recommendations were on point, service was outstanding. Wine selection was beautiful too. Can’t recommend them enough. Let me not forget to mention we ordered the chicharron with tostones as an app and it was fresh, smelled amazing and tasted perfect every bite was delicious. Will be visiting soon again. Ahh make sure you get the chocolate fudge cake, out of this world.

I’m honestly disappointed with what has happened to Coach House (CH). What used to be a warm, friendly neighborhood diner now feels like a failed attempt at a trendy lounge. The space has been transformed into something dark and clubby mirrors everywhere, moss on the walls, and loud, obnoxious music that completely kills the relaxed neighborhood vibe the place used to have.
This is already the second iteration, and while I’ll admit the food is better this time around, the atmosphere is so off-putting it barely matters. On a Friday night the place was basically empty, three tables of two and yet there were about ten staff members just standing around watching the room. It felt awkward rather than welcoming.
To the staff’s credit, the service itself was excellent. But then the bill arrives and you get hit with a surprise service charge that wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront. Hidden fees like that feel dishonest. If you want to raise prices, just raise the menu prices—don’t tack on a sneaky charge at the end and hope people don’t notice.
It’s frustrating to see a neighborhood staple lose its identity like this. The old Coach House had character and warmth. Now it feels like a confused concept with a forced “trendy” aesthetic and questionable billing practices. I wanted to like it, but unfortunately this version misses the mark in almost every way.

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, like many people, I was disappointed to see another diner close. A girlfriend and I stopped in today after they reopened, and we were very impressed! From the moment you walk in, the decor is absolutely stunning. The service was top notch and the food was cooked to perfection. Will both definitely be bringing friends and clients back.

It has sooo much potential! Came for happy hour, til 8pm. A decent HH menu. The old fashion and watermelon drink were on point. Went for the Mac n cheese and it didn’t disappoint. Might need a second bartender when it gets busy but I’ll be back.

Came here because I know Coach House to be opened late. After a little change, the renovations are lovely. Martin was our server and he was attentive. The trio appetizer and burgers were delicious. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!

The atmosphere was very relaxing with all the beautiful decorations and calm music playing in the background. The food was great as well. However, the people I came here with are regular costumers who have eaten here for 50 years. They said the menu has completely changed, there are less options, and each food item is now too expensive. It was a very disappointing experience and they will probably not return here. Also, I wish the menu would mention everything that’s in the food. I was disappointed to find that there was bread in my dish when I cannot have gluten, but it wasn’t mentioned on the menu. But other than that, the food was very delicious.

came here on a whim, the first time since the remodel.. and WOW! Martin was our server, he was super accommodating and kind. We ordered the tomahawk steak and 2 salads and everything was prepared perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Just had a business lunch meeting here and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food, service and decor since the last time I came here years ago when it was a simple diner. Place was clean, nice vibes and the food was really good. We ate from the brunch menu and had the egg served over the skirt steak. It was nicely cooked and had great flavor. We also had a cappuccino and cheesecake which I would highly recommend! Definitely going to come back soon.
