Stafford was the best server we’ve ever encountered by far! He’s so delightful and makes sure everyone has everything they could need. We didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. And he’s always smiling and will brighten your day. He should be training all servers at every restaurant. Oh, the all day breakfast was great after waking up late from gambling all night.

Horrible service. The table next to us ordered right before we did. He was served his food paid and left and we hadn’t even been served our salad. The waitress kept saying it was just put in the window and she was going to get it but instead served three other tables. I asked the hostess to send the manager and saw her talking to the manager and pointing but the manager never came. After three tables that were seated after us ate and left we hot our seafood platter. Never got the salad. Catfish piece was not cooked through. Then we got our bill. No apologies. The waitress said she usually works nights. That was the excuse

Sucked so bad. The firecracker shrimp were cold and soggy. The ribeye, half was fat and not medium rare as I ordered with one quarter sized drop of some type special sauce. Then to top it of waitress beside me talking so loud to her table about her momma on a diet throwing up…….. WHO EVER GAVE HIGH STARS …ARE EITHER HIGH , FRIENDS , OR FAMILY.

My husband and I went last night for his birthday to try it out. We’ve had really great experiences at Island View’s other restaurants, but unfortunately we cant say the same for our experience here. We were sat promptly and our waitress was pleasant. Our Salads and drinks were probably the best part of our dinner. He got the special, which was shrimp scampi. He ate about two bites before he stopped eating. It was watery, the bread was almost stale, and it was very easy to tell the shrimp was frozen. I got the seafood platter, and it left so much to be desired. All of the items tasted exactly the same—like old fryer grease. For the two of us to spend as much as we did, the food needed to be better, but it was not. We left very unhappy after our dining experience, and upon arriving home, my husband ended up violently sick. Will not be returning.

Took my family and my son here for his 21st birthday dinner. Wait and hostess staff were friendly and gracious. When the food got there 2 orders were ice cold, well done steak was bloody and my dinner was supposed to have risotto but was served over done potatoes instead. Prices were too high not to say something so I asked for a manager. Manager argued with me telling me it was rice not potatoes (she had no idea I have a diploma in cooking and catering and make risotto at home so I KNOW the difference). Then she snapped at me demanding to know what I expected her to do, remake or take it away? I told her I wanted the cold plates remade and mine taken off because I was too angry to eat now and asked for the bill. Bill looked like a jumbled mess where several items were added, then taken off, then added back. It was pointed out to me that a “discount ” was given but when I added up the original order (including mine) the total I paid ended up being what I would’ve paid originally. I paid the bill and left as I was too furious to argue anymore. My family was so upset it absolutely ruined my son’s birthday dinner. None of us will EVER go back there!! Save your money. There are much tastier and friendlier places to eat at Island View.

Food is so-so. Service is non existent to horrible. Your server takes your order and once your food is delivered you will not see them again until your check is presented. No drink refills are offered, and nobody checks to see if the food is okay. The salad bar remains an empty skeleton, using the “Covid excuse. ” every other salad bar on earth is open, including the Buffet a short walk away. You will be quite disappointed eating here.
