I came here after getting blood drawn and I wanted some red meat. This place is right around the corner from my doctors office. Very good burger for the price! The zucchini fries are awesome and the inside is clean. I’ll come back for sure!

After finishing a VA doctor’s appointment Wednesday, I popped in CG Burgers. Everyone close to me knows I’m a hamburger lover. CG does not have burgers sitting around waiting to be ordered. They cooked them as ordered, so be prepared to wait, order online or call in your order if you’re in a hurry. It’s dine in or take out. The burgers are excellent and huge and you can make it your way. They also have some signature burgers on the menu, as well. The fries are freshly hand cut from Idaho potatoes. You can see boxes of fresh potatoes in the corner of the restaurant. Cool ambiance and burger joint vibe. Make sure to tell them the temperature of your burger because they tend to cook burgers on the medium side, whereas I’m more of a well done smashed burger type person but nevertheless it was my first time visiting and it was good. Great experience and I will go back when I’m in the area. I may even order delivery from there while I’m playing at DAS Beer Garden. It’s just that good.

About 10 years ago at lunch time I tried CG Burgers On Military in Jupiter. It took a long time to get a burger and it was unremarkable.
I never went back until this week. It was worse. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 orders of onion rings for take out. The onion rings and burger buns were soaking wet with grease. The onions rings were tipped unside down in the bag. See 2 pics. The onion rings look more like glazed donuts instead of crispy onion rings. They tasted as bad as they look. I don’t know how they have a 4 star rating. Never again for me.

Tonight I put in a curbside order for 5:45pm for 2 burgers, 1 regular fry, 1 zucchini fry, one chocolate shake, and one strawberry shake. First they never came out and I waited till 6:05 because I figured it was Friday night and they were probably slammed (which they were not they only had two tables inside and both had their orders) and I wasn’t doing curbside because I am lazy I am handicapped and carrying all that food is a challenge. So after waiting till 6:05pm I go in, wait in line, and when they get to me and go to grab my food it is sitting on the prep table in the back. I then asked about our shakes and I was told they were backed up a while. By this point it was 6:10 and so I waited another 15 mins to get my shakes. I even said to the kid that was taking orders that by the time my shakes came out my food would cold and he just kind of shrugged. I would’ve made them remake it, but I had to get back before visiting hours were over. The burger toppings were on the wrong burgers, but the burger had good flavor even cold, the fries were soggy, and the zucchini fries were good even though ice cold. We spent almost $55 dollars for a hot meal and it was terrible. We have come here many times and this was just a waste of money and time.

So my husband and I decided to try this place and were amazed at how delicious the burgers, wings and sides were. However, the atmosphere and the service was beyond disgraceful! Sarcastic rude and inattentive. The environment is also cold and sterile with an echo. It’s warmer in a hospital cafeteria. Just saying!

We ordered the burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were good portions, hot and tasty. The burger was a bit dry to my liking but still good. The fries were hot too. Service was very good and atmosphere enjoyable.

Carmine knows burgers!! Always top service, food, and value. The $5 weekday deals are excellent. The salad bar is fantastic, and they have 2 Coca Cola Freestyle machines. Something for everyone; burgers, chicken, fish, salads, and quality draft beer and great wines.

Really enjoyed CG Burgers! Hubby took me here as a surprise (he knows I love burgers) and thought it was cool because CG are my initials. I had a plain jane cheeseburger (that’s how I like mine) and a delicious chocolate milkshake. I left CG feeling very satisfied! It’s a popular spot so it gets crowded fast – but that’s a good thing. Would definitely come back, give CG a try!
