The double burger was absolutely phenomenal! Wow that was one of the best burgers I’ve had, ever! It’s amazingly juicy, flavorful, just absolutely out of this world delicious! The bird dog was also really great, but the burger was on a whole new level. Also very generous amount of fries. 5 stars!

Great service. Cheeseburger was well done instead of medium. Everyone was nice and offered to send it back but I didn’t want to wait while everyone else was eating. I would go again to give it another chance because word of mouth is very positive around here about Arnold’s.

We had to go order, placed at the restaurant! Everyone was super helpful, wanting to know if I had placed my order yet! Not just one or two, but, Everyone who walked by wanted to know had I been waited on!!! The waitress took my order in just a few moments! Very polite, and courteous! Asked me did I need anything else, like napkins, salt and pepper, more drinks, more condiments, etc. I didn’t have to ask for anything, except one thing, butter!!! My husband likes a lot of butter on his baked potato, so I asked for extra,extra butter! And his food was out in ten minutes! And good and hot!!! I wholeheartedly enjoyed the total experience! And recommend Arnold’s to all!!!

Heard about Arnolds for years, finally went. Very disappointed with my hamburger. The thin patty didnt have any flavor. Tomato tasted old and disgusting, I had to take it off. The tiny bit of lettuce was wilted. but there were plenty of onions.
The burger DEFINITELY doesn’t look like the pictures. They may have other things on the menu that are good but I would not recommend going there for a hamburger.

The food was meh….. The fries were old and greasy, the hamburger was good but nothing special. Definitely not the best hamburger in the area or even in the top 5. The service was phenomenal. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and fries. I had heard that Arnold’s had the best burgers.

Been a few times lately and witnessed the waitress that has dark curly hair and I believe is the cook manager’s daughter being rude to people but was on the receiving end of that tonight . It’s a shame bc we used to enjoy this place being close to home but the quality of food is awful recently and service even worse .Sad to have to say we will never be back after how I was treated over 2 chicken fingers. I do want to say every time we had the dark hair tattoo woman she was always polite and a great waitress

Last time I will ever go was tonight. Ordered the chicken tender meal with fries, 2 corn dogs, a kids burger, & a BLT with no tomato the waitress asked if I wanted mayo which I replied yes to & at that same time ordered a Bacon cheeseburger TO GO. didn’t seem difficult to me but apparently someone (not blaming anyone in particular because I’m not sure where the confusion was) but when we got our food the chicken came out as basically the appetizer WITHOUT fries. They had to cook them so we waited my kids didn’t have sauce (not a big deal but still) my blt had NO mayo, jsut frustrating when I was asked if I wanted it already. When I go to pay they had to be reminded of that to go order and then told me they’d have to cook it. Still charged for it and was not given any discounts or apologies.
In the grand scheme of things no it’s not a big deal it’s just frustrating when you choose to go out to eat yet nothing is correct and when I called to speak to a manager after leaving (because I have 4 kids who needed to get to bed) I was able to speak to a “fill in manager” who told me I’d have to call back tomorrow. He did apologize but what’s the point in a fill in if they can’t do anything???
I’ll stick with Baldwins where the food is good and my easy orders aren’t screwed up. Sorry we have loved Arnold’s over the years but this was my breaking point.

Sadly this place has really gone down hill with the food and service the last few months. We have had a few bad experiences lately but tonight was the last chance we won’t be back.. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich plate that was 12.99 when it arrives it’s two small chicken tenders on a bun it don’t even cover. My husband asked for more chicken to cover the bun the waitress says ” sure baby no problem be right back” brings two more tenders no problem which is probably what comes in a chicken tender meal so that makes since. We eat wait have our cards out wait longer a waitress not ours passes I ask her if we could please Pay her she says no I have to go to the bathroom and walks away finally I stand to pay at the register to get someones attention we pay.. Only then to be told wait they need my card back for the extra chicken we got! I want to say the dark hair woman with the tattoos has been there forever and is absolutely amazing every time we have been we will miss her.

So we stopped here about 3 or 4 years ago and it was absolutely amazing
Their Hamburger Steak was the absolute best I ever ate ever … Their Fried Okra was equally excellent as well
But their Hamburger was absolutely delicious with a capital D man
You better believe we will be stopping here again in the future
