I’m giving a rating of 5 because I genuinely like your Celebration location, but I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit:
1. The servers seemed disengaged and showed little enthusiasm. There were no smiles or sense of appreciation, which affected the overall experience.
2. When a tip is requested, I expect a higher level of service and product quality. Unfortunately, both the service and the food fell short.
3. The spicy beef and cheese items tasted as though they were either from the previous day or reheated too much, resulting in a poor flavor.
4. The breakfast and coffee were good, though not quite at the same standard as your other locations.
5. Staff members spent more time talking than working, which impacted service efficiency.
Recommendations:
Consider strengthening staff training to improve service attitude and productivity, and ensure food quality is consistently fresh. This location has great potential a few improvements could make a big difference.

Super glad we got a CFS on this side of town! Now it’s the closest of the locations to me. I absolutely love the coffee here. And every single thing I’ve ever had out of the pastry case is excellent, so my opinion doesn’t change about this place. It’s great. But my friend got a dirty chai (phenomenal) and I got a iced matcha latte. And it was the weakest. Most watery matcha I’ve ever had. It might as well have just been green milk, regardless I drank the whole thing. It wasn’t what I was looking for but I don’t fret. My meal and time here was still absolutely wonderful and I would still come back again and again and maybe just order something else for next time.

Lovely place to sit & chat with a friend or work solo. Selection of menu items are plentiful, with something for all appetites, tastes & budgets. Fast service & friendly staff. I enjoyed catchup time with a friend & split 3 of their pastry items – ALL delicious! Looking forward to visiting again & again to try many more items from their menu.

I had the maple cinnamon latte. I thought the presentation was really cute, but it didn’t have much flavor. I also ordered the veggie breakfast sandwich. It tasted delicious; however, I was really disappointed that it was not a “pressed” sandwich as described. It was more like toast. Also, this place is expensive. $7 for a drink is steep, in my opinion.

Ordered 3 different breakfast items. All of them were very delicious especially the avocado toast. Omelet had zucchini which added a nice taste to eggs. The coffees came in cute mugs. I liked the ambiance. Would come back and recommend.

Josue and Mariano were excellent! I noticed a few negative reviews about the speed. And while I do understand the frustration—in our fast-paced culture, we want everything instantly to keep up—this place is called Coffee for the Soul for a reason. They clearly put a lot of care and time into each cup. When you see the coffee art, you’ll understand why!
It’s definitely a spot to chill, work, relax… the vibe is calm, comfortable, and beautiful. Colombia might be my favorite country, and I miss the coffee shops there—so it was really nice to get a taste of a place I love, right here in Orlando

Ordered a matcha latte. Place is clean and organized. I had my order made quickly but the lady was inexperienced and took a very long time to make my drink. Conferring with another barista for help. No worries I waited. Once I got my matcha latte I realized it wasn’t very good. I didn’t go back bc I didn’t want to embarrass the person. I know i ordered something a little different so I’m not upset. I’m sure the coffee here is as good as the rest of their locations.

The negative: The service/speed to make a single cup of coffee was not one of my best experiences here. They do take too long, and guests were irritated in front of me. They had to go to work, they had places to go. It wasn’t busy at all to slack on making a single cup of coffee. My coffee came halfway full, I didn’tlike that. As you can see in the picture. Will think twice before I come here again.
The Positives: Definitely a great atmosphere and friendly staff, the presentation product is good, great location too in the heart of Midland. The food was exceptional.
