The dishes we tried- the pesto pasta, chopped salad, and crostinis- were delicious. The serving sizes were generous, and the flavors balanced both richness and acidity across all three dishes. Dessert was gelato- imported from Italy. They have the best pasta in the circle.
Service was wonderful, even in the midst of their opening week rush. With a line out the door for 2-3 hours straight, everyone managed to still greet us with smiles, pause to answer questions, and keep our glasses full. Despite every table filled, we didn’t feel rushed.
I’m excited to try their wine bar next.

Great place – hours seem to be in the works still, but I’ve been here for breakfast and dinner now. Their avocado toast is amazing, and they do a great job with their morning breakfast options. I loved their pasta, and I appreciate that they have gluten free options. I will definitely be a regular.

To say Centro is excellent is an understatement. This family owned establishment not only excels in the dining and café experience; the staff is friendly, welcoming, and make you feel at home.
Definite must-try’s:
Americano w/ pistachio & a splash of oat milk
Cold brew w/ Dreamers sweet cream
Scramble w/ salsa – definitely add freshly grated Parmesan.
Panini’s are fantastic
Pizza – thin crust goodness
Pastas are amazing
Pretty much anything you order is a winner.

Solid breakfast burrito and worth the $3 in avocado, they basically put the whole avocado in there! My partner got the pistachio latte and that was also good. Come early! We came at 9 and it was empty and by 930, the line was out the door

I dont understand why the Coffee area is separate from the food area. The coffee area is way too small there should be a larger area for people to sit down and relax. You can’t order food along with coffee once you get to sit down at your own table. Food is delicious pizza is amazing, and so was ravle service but my coffee was cold. I won’t come back here i am not impressed.

Love this place. It’s as good if not better than their Old Town Tustin location. Good vibe.Breakfast is good and comfortable. Coffee is sooo good Italian good. They have REAL Italian coffee drinks and gelato. They even have the real Affogatto coffee drink, not some ripoff by some coffee shop. Hot tip…the House Coffee is delicious, good value, and I hear it’s free refills. Pastries are very good, especially the scones. Dinner and lunch is straight up Northern Italian dishes. Some good items better than most similar restaurants — salmon, sausage, and of course pasta (made fresh that morning). Wine is very good…try the Pizzuoli brand, they made it. I would ignore the early bad reviews. They just soft open last week so give them a break.

Food is amazing. Flavors are spot on and perfect. Since they opened we’ve been back several times. It is our new favorite place. My only issue is that the glass water cups are place upside down on the place mats. We did see that they do wipe all the tables and place mats after each guest. I was a little concern with this. This is just an observation. Other than that 10 out of 10.

My wife and I live down the street and are always skeptical of another cafe opening up in the circle. However this place has become my favorite! Coffee is great and the-breakfast burrito is so good! Love the atmosphere!

Nice new restaurant in Old Towne Orange. Sat outside on the patio and they had heaters, etc. to make it enjoyable. Really liked the Margherita Pizza and Limoncello dessert. Would love it if they could carry real Limoncello to drink but no luck. Restaurant is still new and figuring things out, but they will be great when settled. I came in on their first Friday in business, so not holding any wait or anything against them. Thank you, Centro! Happy to have you here!

We were very excited to try this restaurant based on the recommendation of a friend. It was dual birthday celebration. Our server Matteo was exceptional, a highlight of the evening. After this however, the food was very mid. With a party of 9, we were able to sample a lot of items on the menu – all good, but nothing exceptional. The better wines were not available by the glass – understandable, but disappointing.
However, the biggest issue with the evening was after we had left and forgotten two unopened birthday cards on the table. When we discovered our mistake 20 minutes later, we called the restaurant. The could not locate them. We went back anyway. My wife found them OPENED and folded in the trash. We had a phone number on the reservation. Who does this? If trust is an important part of your dining experience, I might eat elsewhere
