I had someone pick up a drink for me, and when I got it, it was completely separated — not mixed or blended at all. It looked and tasted like milk and orange juice just thrown together. The person who made it, Carmen, clearly didn’t take the time to prepare it properly.
When I called the store to explain, I was extremely upset, and instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the person on the phone told me the drink wasn’t spoiled and that I “just needed to mix it with a straw.” As if I needed to do their job when it should’ve been done right from the start. Mixing it didn’t help because it was made incorrectly to begin with.
I paid for this and expected a decent drink, not something rushed and careless. Really disappointing experience and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Amazing delicious food for a reasonable price! Family friendly environment, I come here to eat with my parents and we are always given great service by the waitress. All of the staff are friendly!

Loveeeeeeeeed this place. We went a group of 6. They give you some bread with butter while you get ready to order. The food is delicious from the Red Snapper, Pasta, Skirt steak and fish tacos. They have my favorite: Freshly squeezed orange juice. They have a variety if juices like frozen lemon juice. Also have variety of desserts. Elizabeth and Eli were the waitresses and they were super friendly and diligent.

100% recommend. The food, drinks and vibes! If you want to have a good time with family or friends this is the place. Come and try the Parrillada Centro Latino and the churrasco and many more delicious dishes we traveled from Boston to try this restaurant and for sure they didn’t disappoint!! I love it

Cuban and international fare. Coming here for last 8+ years, and haven’t been disappointed yet. Every dish in dinner we had were great tasting and well prepared and very reasonabley priced. Compare to Hoboken and Jersey City Cuban eatery. Sangria, Mojito drinks are delightful. Salmon Caprice, Red Snapper, Churrasco, Shrimp dish, appetizers Hidden Gem. Must try place.

Centro Latino in West New York, NJ. @centrolatinorestaurant has been an institution on Bergenline Ave for over 30 years! The Cuban coffee was SO good that I had to have it twice. I’ve been coming to this place since I was a child and it feels like home to me. If there’s one word I would use to describe this location it’s consistent. The food is hot, flavorful, juicy and excellent every single time. The portions are also more than generous. Authentic taste at unbeatable prices! I’ve taken all those closest in my life here and they fall in love with it as well. The inside is smaller but cozy and definitely has that mom and pop feel where you know you’re in store for a great meal. Service is thorough, quick & attentive. The same waitresses have been working here for years and have served me since I was a kid. Some must try’s are their bistec a la plancha de pollo, bistec empanizado, congri, tostones and mofungo. If you’re looking for a meal that not only feeds your body but also your soul, Centro Latino got you. (Yes…. I’m that passionate about this place)!
