Great atmosphere and delicious food in the middle of downtown Disney! We stopped by and added ourselves to the waitlist on Friday evening. The wait was not bad at all. We made it just in time to order happy hour margaritas which were perfect. We loved the guacamole and al pastor tacos. Great service but the atmosphere is the best aspect of the restaurant overall. Definitely recommend if you’re in Downtown Disney looking for a great meal.

I had an amazing experience at Centrico! From the moment I walked in, the ambience was inviting and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
A special shoutout to Heidi, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel extra special. Her kindness and attention truly made the night unforgettable.
I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for great food, a beautiful atmosphere, and a team that treats you like family. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was excited to try this place. To my disappointment, it was not very good at all. I do not mind paying a little more if the taste matched the high price. This Huarte de Asada did not. It was very bland and the Asada was overcooked. No other accompaniments. As for the Tacos Al Pastor that my friend had, she said it was good, but not worth $24 for 3 tacos. If the taste and/or ingredients were better than any other Al Pastor tacos sold elsewhere for half the price, than maybe. The paid Chips & Salsa were decent. The only saving grace was our server. He was on top of it and anticipated our needs throughout lunch. Big thumbs up for him! I may or may not give it another try.

I came here for dinner with my parents on Sunday evening after a long travel day. We were told it would be about 30 mins but we didn’t wait that long for a table. Our server was Geni and she was incredible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious. I had the pastor tacos and Geni was very knowledgeable with the menu which I appreciate as I do have a gluten allergy. My parents were very happy with their dishes as well. My mom got the fish tacos and my dad had the pastor quesadillas. They have a great wine list and their cocktails were wonderful. I had a spicy marg (or 2) and my tacos were amazing. The chips and salsa are bottomless for $6 and both made fresh in house. Highly recommend those as well. Overall it was such a great experience and dinner we ended up going back again the next day. Geni remembered our drink choices and my allergy and that was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend this new spot and Geni as well.

Absolutely delicious food, great service from our waitress Cece, and a really nice calm atmosphere to talk and relax for a while in the middle of Downtown Disney. We waited approximately 6 minutes to be seated without a reservation and really enjoyed all of our food. Honestly 10/10 recommend!

Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We came for lunch and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all a perfect 10/10.
The chips and salsa were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and so fresh. We especially loved the Al Pastor tacos, the Burrito Norteño, and the Quesapastor. They were all packed with amazing flavor. The garlic fries were also a standout! Every dish tasted fresh, vibrant, and made with care. Highly recommend!

I had lunch here. I was solo, so eating at the bar was my choice.
I ordered the spicy shrimp chorizo tacos (3 per order)
Nice wine choices, although I noticed most diners chose hard liquor.
My entree arrived promptly and it was hot.
I’m not a corn tortilla fan, so I tasted them, but ate the tacos open faced.
The salsa had a bit of a nice kick, just be aware.
Bartender was very attentive.
I recommend

As Australians with limited exposure to Mexican food, Centrico was our very first dining experience on this trip, and WOW. Our taste buds didn’t just wake up… they were tackled, kissed and sent on a spiritual journey.
Every dish that hit the table was better than the last. The flavours were bold, fresh and absolutely next level, unlike any “Mexican” food we’ve ever had back home. It was the kind of meal where you keep saying, “Just one more bite”… and next thing you know, the plate is magically empty.
The staff were equally impressive, very friendly, switched on and always there at the perfect time without hovering. You made us feel welcome, well-fed and very, very happy.
Thank you for showcasing your incredible food and setting a ridiculously high standard for the rest of our trip. Centrico, you’ve officially ruined average food for us forever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve always wanted to go to this place and it did not disappoint! We sat at the bar and received really good service. The drinks came out quickly and were very good. The pink drink is nonalcoholic and my friend really enjoyed it. The other one is a classic margarita and tasted good as well. I will be coming back again.

We just got home from our Disneyland vacation. We actually stopped an ate at Centrico twice. The first time for drinks and appetizers. The first experience was okay, but the waitress was obviously not happy with our small order, and it showed. We ordered the guac with chips, it was great, and the avocado flat bread and for $18 is was incredibly small, almost laughable. We went back a couple of days later and ordered a full meal. I had the shrimp quesadilla, the portion again was sooooo small, instead of being a quesadilla toasted over a flat grill, it was like microwaved, there were two slices and they stuck together, so like steamed or microwaved, this was $25, their food cost was probably less than $2.00. My daughter had the beef tacos, she got three 6″ corn tortillas with a bit of beef sprinkles on top with a small container of salsa. This was $24 with a food cost of, I am sure again, under $2.00. I was disappointed big time, it was almost like robbery to ask what they do for these dishes. I don’t come to Disneyland all that often but when I do I definitely won’t be coming here again….ever, I learned my lesson. The atmosphere is great, it’s in the middle of Downtown Disney, and they take full advantage of that with overpriced small portion dishes. Save your money and eat in the park, the food and value was much better.
