Their food is generally OK is pretty bad. This is what an order of corn fritters, french fries and jalapeño poppers. Looks like just sloppily very small portions thrown in one box.

I searched on Google and found this location. Google states that restaurant closes at 9:30 pm. I arrived in the drive thru at 8:58 pm. At 9:05 pm an employee came out and said they closed at 9:00 pm. She states she doesn’t know why Google has the closing times wrong. She furthermore stated, “Just get out of here lady”. I suggested the manager fix the incorrect time on Google. I guess we will see if it gets fixed.

I now know that all Bush’s chickens are not the same. I ordered a three-piece mix I got two breasts and a thigh the chicken was horrible the crust was hard and didn’t taste like anything I’ve ever had at a Bush’s Chicken. I would suggest going down the road to either West Texas or the one off Valley Mills in Waco

I have never came in to this Bushs to eat. So I decided to come eat dinner with my family here & get there Tender Tuesday special. Lets just say I will not be coming here again to eat. May be for tea or a gallon of tea sure. Not only did we get tender crums & pieces of tenders & maybe 10 full tenders. I ask for the manager… I said..” Can you please look at my order.” He looked inside & said I get you a few more… No apology..no let me re-do your order..Just handed me 4 full tenders. I ask him how many tenders are in the special he said it suppose to be 16.. I was 2 tenders less.. Not to mention I was not given a receipt to show him all I order. Over all the place seems ok.. Need better maintance on cleaning tables & restroom. My kids enjoyed the free ice cream. I would of gave them 5 but the way my order was handle was horrible.

Initially I rated this location FIVE stars BUT after today, I want to lower it to ONE star. I ordered 3 chicken tender rolls and a sweet tea! The meat in each roll was OLD and DRY!!! 2 out of 3 buns were BURNT! I purchased with cash between 1:30 and 1:50 on 11/15/25! I fed two of them to my dog – the burnt ones! I think what hurts the most was I gave a $2 tip(one to the order taker and the other to food deliverer). The sad part is you don’t know what you have until you get home! “No good deed goes unpunished”… smh I won’t be back after years of purchases there! If I had known I could upload photos, I sure would have! I didn’t receive a receipt either!

Not only did they get 2 of our meals wrong, but There was also a hair in my Fries. Didn’t feel like going back to get the food replaced. The orders should have been right to begin with and if they aren’t required to wear hair nets and beard nets,they should be. Just gross. Not sure I will eat here again.

Ordered an 8 piece liver and gizzards when they opened. Took 10 minutes for them to cook them and when I got them they had a bad fried smell. When I got home to eat them, they fried the crap out of them. They tasted so bad so I just threw them away. No use in wasting gas and time to get them replaced. Bushes livers and gizzards used to be so good but after today, I will never buy them again. The problem with bushes is that they hire high school kids who don’t care and aren’t trained properly.
