So well seasoned and tender. The roasted eggplant has lots of garlic but could’ve been cooked more well. Still slightly raw when served. Fairly priced and super delicious

had an unpleasant experience at this place today. We found a label sticker still in the dish (photo attached). The restaurant remade the dish after we reported it, but this kind of issue shouldn’t happen in the first place—it raises concerns about basic prep and quality control. Please improve kitchen checks to prevent foreign objects from ending up in customers’ meals.

My experience is pretty good here. The food portion is big. We ordered the xinjiang big chicken plate. My husband and I ate it for three meals. Highly recommend the lamb skewers! I like the part that their skewers has fat in the middle which makes skewers even better. Also the cold spice chicken also tastes really good, the numbness is great, though maybe a bit too sweet. In general we love the food we get and we will definitely be back and try fried noodles that we did not get the chance to order.

i liked their 烤包子 the most, the filling was very delicious and they don’t cheat on ingredients! although the囊烤肉 is majority of carbs less meat but still tasty. The skewers were great so recommend you to try!

Everything was so good!! We got a whole bunch of skewers, the meat bun, and fried noodles! Our favs were the heart, tendon, beef, lamb, gizzard, squid for the skewers. The meat bun was SO good too!! Hope to be back soon to try the hot pot. The servers were so nice & service was great. Highly recommend!

Very authentic western Chinese cuisine. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they had the traditional recessed hot pot stoves built into the tables. We had cumin lamb, beef hot pot and sweet deep fried pork. I couldn’t figure out which was my favourite, as they were all absolutely delicious and in incredibly generous portion sizes. Definitely a fun place to go with friends for a very delicious and authentic meal!

Honestly had a weird experience here. From the moment we walked in nobody talked to us as we stood in the entrance along with another family trying to be sat for probably 10min. After trying to get someone’s attention they told us to wait over on the side and when we asked how long the wait would be they said they didn’t know. Luckily around 5min later we were sat at a table. We ordered three things and one of the items never came, we were not able to let a server know this because no one ever came to check on our table. The food we did get was good but the Mongolian beef had like 2 pieces of beef and the rest was onions – should have been called Mongolian onions. The price was reasonable but honestly wouldn’t go back after this experience.

It was my first time here, and I ordered their signature iron pot stewed free-range chicken.
The owner chatted with us about how hard it is to please everyone when running a restaurant — people from totally different food cultures (like Indians and Cantonese) really don’t share the same taste buds.
I’m originally from Yunnan, so I can handle pretty bold flavors. At the beginning, the dish wasn’t very salty, but the owner said you can always add salt if needed. As it keeps cooking, it just gets better and better — the potatoes slowly melt into a thick mash and coat the chicken. Absolutely delicious
Next time, I definitely want to try the iron pot stewed lamb and the roast lamb leg. The table next to us ordered them and they looked amazing!

Lamb kebabs (羊肉串) is super good! Never had such a good lamb in the US. This taste reminds me of the days in Xinjiang.
Highly recommend lamb! I wonder how they got such a nice lamb.
石河子凉皮(shihezi liangpi) is more like 东北拉皮, though.
Price is reasonable.

This place was incredible. We came in on a quiet weekday night and were craving some lamb skewers. They cooked over coals so they taste even better than the tiny ones you get at most places. We also ordered the lamb over rice, a bun filled with beef, and a cold chicken dish. All of the food was amazing, best lamb I’ve had- fresh, not gamey. Rice was stellar, chicken was perfectly seasoned, bun was super meaty and satisfying. The people working there were so nice (im not chinese, can’t speak a word of chinese)
Overall great experience on a quiet night, will definitely come back soon
