Absolutely one of the best breakfast buffets out there. I visited early on a Saturday morning while a convention was in town.
The buffet had a wide selection of freshly made breakfast items with a 15 item omelette bar. I had low expectations based on previous reviews but service was attentive and timely. I hope my travels take me back here again.

I came here for breakfast, and the service is beyond awful. All the servers would neglect my table, and took over 20 minutes to just place an order. The food itself was subpar, as I ordered the brisket hash and the eggs benedict. The breakfast bar looked very average, but definitely pricy for the selectiom they offered. It did include an omelette bar, which is nice, but is very limited compared to other omelette bars I have seen. Atmosphere is nice, but very easy to be blinded by the rising sun in the morning.

My breakfast spot for two days… Centennial, the 2nd-floor eatery in Hyatt Regency Dallas.
The service was excellent on the first day but dipped to average on the second.
The açaí bowl was a standout, and the chia seed pudding was a delightful surprise.
The airy atmosphere and breakfast create a pleasant dining experience.
Serves many dietary restrictions!

I’m not sure I understand all these reviews. The service here was excellent. Francisco and Holly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! The food was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and even had an omelette station!

Dont waist your time and money for dinner. Food was overpriced, I got the pastor chicken: dried, no falvor, and the fries tasted so much like oil, like when u cook them on cold oil or double fried. Services was SUPER slow. Is just convenient because you dont have to leave the hotel, otherwise, don’t waist ur money. Not recommended.

Ate here today for lunch. The six of us ordered food at 12:30 but didn’t receive the food until 1:20. I just ordered the Cobb salad. I could only eat a few bites because it was so drenched in ranch dressing. The dressing is all I could taste. The menu said it came with smoked chicken, so I was picturing chicken chunks or a chicken breast. Instead they were the smallest little morsels the size of a fingernail. I had to dig through the salad to see if there was any chicken in it. It cost $16 and was not worth it at all.

Centennial restaurant is conveniently located inside the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Quick bite during our conference with good drinks and decent food but minimal gluten free options.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good. However, I’ve had as good for a fraction of the price. It did include an omelette bar.

The breakfast buffet at Centennial Cafe is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. They have vegetarian options as well as gluten-free breads and other items. Chef Margarito made the best omlet for me. Chris H. provided excellwnt customer service. Tersit and Joel were really nice. #CentennialCafe #ChrisIsGreat #GreatFood #ChefMagaritoIsAwesome #MarioIsAwesome #TersitIsFantastic JackieIsAmazing

The only “gluten free” item at the bar area were the chips and dip. I ordered it the first time, and everything was fine. The next day I ordered it again and was appalled. There was a burned disgusting fry with crumbs on it in my chips. I immediately stopped eating, and got a gluten reaction within 20 minutes. The waitress didn’t charge us for any of the food or drinks, which I thought was appropriate considering our situation. I will never eat here again after my experience. I have celiac, so it’s a big deal for me to get a reaction. I was sick for hours afterwards and it totally ruined my day.
