My friend and I decided to finally stop in tonight after driving past this place a million times, and wow, what a gem! The atmosphere is so cute and cozy, the drinks were excellent, and the charcuterie board was delicious. The highlight was meeting one of the owners, Nicole, who took the time to chat with us and made us feel like we’d been coming there for years. Such a warm and welcoming spot. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had a last minute, after engagement, get together on 12/26/25. I worked with Nicole, one of the owners, she was fantastic! She was so kind and accommodating, thank you Nicole for making it happen on such short notice. The Cellar 313 is beautiful! The food and drinks are great! Everyone at the get together was amazed how beautiful the place is and can’t wait to go back, especially the newly engaged couple. If you are considering a visit to Cellar 313, don’t hesitate, you will love it!

We had an incredible evening at Cellar 313 for after dinner refreshments. The bartenders were wonderful. They were friendly, engaged in conversation, and made us truly feel at home and comfortable. Their black Manhattan is a drink that I personally will be returning for – words won’t do it justice. Stop what you are doing and go there for that drink. Needless to say, we will be returning.

Went here for wine and dinner with a friend and it was wonderful! They have a great patio and ambiance. The service was amazing. Anna was our server and she was so kind and helpful. I would recommend Cellar to anyone looking for a great spot to take a friend, family member, or even for a date night!

Cellar 313 is a great place with excellent (obviously wine), cocktails and small bites. Although they mainly tapas, you will not leave hungry!
Service is excellent, and on our first actual visit, (we had gotten the charcuterie board to go and the pork loin for our anniversary), and it was so elegant for carry out, it was the perfect anniversary dinner, with the limited choices we had during the stay at home order.
On this occasion, we sat and met friends we hadn’t seen in 3 months. We felt perfectly safe with our server wearing a mask.
