Such an amazing experience at Ceiba! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our waiter, Francisco, was fantastic — he walked us through the entire menu, explained everything in detail, and made sure all of our requests and dietary restrictions were handled perfectly. His energy, knowledge, and care truly made the night even better. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top-tier. Can’t wait to come back!

Our experience at Ceiba was exceptional. Although our table was ready, our waiter noticed us taking photos in the waiting area and insisted we finish before being seated. Every dish we ordered came highly recommended by him, and each was absolutely outstanding. The steak, in particular, was the best we have ever had. The quality of the food is well worth the price, and the service was consistently attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Pros – I celebrated my birthday at Ceiba and the ambience is un matched. The views are such a delight while eating. 10/10. Everyone is pleasant from the front desk to the waiter. I went a night when it was not packed so not sure if that made a difference. Luckily I ventured on TikTok so I already knew what I wanted to order and my tacos did not disappoint. I ordered the quesabirria taco. I finished off with the corn desert and I enjoyed the semi-hard exterior with a creamy inside.
Cons – my drink was delicious but it really is just a shot. There is a huge square ice in the glass and takes up all the space. This is the only reason this restaurant did not get a full 5 stars. Also, one of the items we ordered did not come out and may have been forgotten but since they constantly check your table, they brought it out in no time.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant as i plan on returning. Yes, I see why everyone says its pricey but it is worth the location, views, and ambience. Fireworks while dining is a vibe!

It’s rare to walk out of a restaurant truly impressed but Ceiba exceeded every expectation.
The food is a full gastronomic experience: creative, flavorful, and absolutely incredible. Every dish felt intentional and beautifully executed. But what truly elevated the night from amazing to spectacular was the service.
A huge thank you to Henry, who took the time to explain every single dish with patience and passion, and guided us with the best food and drink recommendations. His attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable.
And the cocktails… outstanding. The margarita was incredible, easily one of the best we’ve had.
10/10. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We can’t wait to come back.

The place is gorgeous and so is the view. Service is good. We were helped by Tim who was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. The only thing that we didn’t like was when we asked for margaritas he said he would suggest the drink with a reposado tequila cause of the sweeter taste etc etc. He said this very fast and we said ok but he never mentioned the drink was gonna be $10 more from the original price. It didn’t feel right to be charge extra for something we didn’t know. Drinks were amazing though.
As for the food, we had th azteca salad which was DELICIOUS. It was our favourite dish from the night.
Then we had some veggie tacos and the enchiladas. Also made veggie. Both were spicy. Specially the tacos. We didn’t want spicy and said so… but Tim said it was kind of “bad luck”? His explanation was that 1 out of 10 of that variety of chilles that they use are spicy. But most of they aren’t… and that our dish might have gotten that 1 spicy… I don’t know about this explanation tbh.
Enchiladas were just ok.
To sum up, we had high expectations, went there for an anniversary, had a great time but we wouldn’t return for food. Maybe for drinks some time

The food itself was very good, but the overall experience was disappointing.
We were encouraged to order more than we intended. The server recommended the lamb shank plus a guac plus a dish of taco as “light” for two without explaining the portion size at all.
We were also subtly rushed to place our order, yet once the food arrived, the service was not particularly attentive. This contrast made the experience feel unbalanced.

Service was top notch! The waitress had great suggestions and was very informative about the options. Everything was delicious! Around 8:30pm you can see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom, and around 9:30pm from Epcot!
