The food was decent. The staff was nice, the location seems pretty nice too but there are some unsavory people lurking around the area. The food was freshly made, the fries was delicious, the burger and sandwich can be more presentable. The prices are reasonable and also this establishment is one of the oldest food joints here in the city.

I used to eat here all the time when I was a kid and I remembered it as a great place for a good burger. I’ve heard this place changed ownership and wanted to see if it’s still good as I remember. I got the Double Bulky Bacon Cheeseburger, with Fries and a butterscotch milkshake. I have to say the burger did not let me down. It was a pretty good size burger the meat was still juicy inside and it was a bit messy with their burger sauce but it added good flavor. It had shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles as well. The fries were shoestring that was lightly seasoned with salt and they were still a little soft not too crispy which I like with those fries. If you like them crispy ask for them to be well done. The butterscotch milkshake was nice and thick, just wish it had more butterscotch flavor. Overall I really enjoyed everything and as far as price wise with all the price hikes everywhere else, it’s still a good deal for its price.

Local iconic burger joint with a sneaky large amount of options on the menu. My 11 year old was shocked about the value for the price (given that fast food has caught up to diner and restaurant prices) and he loved it on comparison to the golden arch place.
One kid got chicken nuggets. The other got a ribeye sandwich. The wife and I got burgers. There were a couple of orders of fries that were able to be split and an order of chili fries for myself. My kids can be quite picky eaters, but they devoured their food.
Shopping center parking lot, so should be able to find a space. Some outdoor seating surrounding the kitchen with a service window you order through.

The vibe was light weight chill. A few pan handlers but other than that is was mediocre not 2 bad. Kid enjoyed the birds begging 4 food.

This place has got worse and worste over the years. Today I came to order salmon burger meal they messed up my order overcharged me and refused to give me the difference back. Once my favorite burger spot in Hayward I will NEVER be coming back terrible food and the service was worse.

This place has been around for ever….plenty of different burgers that are tasty. Fries are good too ….the thin kind not real crispy. I got the Pastrami sandwich and was really disappointed barely any meat plus it was grilled a bit too much don’t do this one

BEWARE, THEY DID A BRAND REFRESH AND RAISED PRICES. This used to be my go to burger place but the price hikes are questionable. The burger and shake is still decent, but a 1/6lb burger with onion rings and a small shake is running me 16+ dollars. Wouldn’t recommend the onion rings though, breading needs a bit more seasoning and a slight bit more salt. Also def seems like the quality of the burger took a slight hit. Hoping the new ownership doesn’t kill this place, went from good “classic” branding and ambiance to this new “uk chicken shop esc” branding and a weak logo, overall seems like the new brand identity is out of touch with the area, business, and customers. Unfortunately probably won’t be back.
