Fantastic Food Truck!! We tried the Cuban, Chicken Empanada and a spinach ham/cheese crepe! It was outstanding and we ate it right there on the outside deck at Highland. Keep coming back with the delicious food and making us smile 🙂

Had lunch from the food truck at Highlands Brewery. Let me start of by saying the Cuban sandwich was really good! Enough for 2 people to split if you’re not that hungry. Rice and beans side was nothing crazy. The pork tamale was also good, the empanada however was not. Just really dry chicken and soggy outside. Would for sure eat here again, would just skip the empanada.
