I’ll start with if I could give no stars I would. I have never dealt with such rude attitudes from a place that’s supposed to be in the service industry. Called to let them know that the order was wrong and was told the manager would call me back later. What?! If you mess up an order you need to fix the order. After being hung up and demanding to speak to the manager the lady got on and brushed it off and said they would send it when they could. That’s not how you keep customers. We had previously stopped eating here but decided to give them another shot after all this time. Obviously will not be eating here again for any reason. They really need to clean up their attitudes, especially when you skimp on ingredients, give smaller portions and charge more money. Get your act together or you won’t be in business much longer. Didn’t trust this place enough to eat the remade food.

Ordered the pu pu platter, shredded beef, scallion pancakes, wontons, and crab rangoons. Take out was delicious and the service was great! Would definitely recommend if you want Chinese in this area.

This is our go to for delivery chinese in town. Always consistently good. Had an error on our last delivery a couple months ago, an item was forgotten, thing happen. They had made a note to adjust our next order. I totally forgot about it as it had been a couple months and they still honored it without my mentioning. Good food and honest employees!

I ordered the sesame chicken combo, and it was worst food I ever ate. The chicken was very bland and tasted like it was old reheated with no flavoring very dry, The pork fried rice was extremely dry barely any meat and tasted disgusting. I literally ate a few bites of it and threw it away and woke up the next morning very sick. It was kind of upsetting because I’ve eaten here before and the food’s been decent to good, I will NEVER eat from here again

Why isn’t 0 stars an option? I waited 2 hours for a couple of combo meals for a family of 5. It cost me $76 and after 2 full hours they managed to somehow only deliver 4 dinners. I called to let them know and was immediately greeted by “Yea yea yea I know I’ll just call the driver” I made it clear that I didn’t even want it at that point. There are plenty of places in Watertown that deserve our money more than this place.

Apparently they are recooking food that was previously cooked, to cut cost. The chicken must’ve been fried several times, not to mention the rice that was hard with barely anything in it (was suppose to be beef fried). I will be reporting these conditions with proof to the health department. American people are not animals and shouldn’t be fed garbage especially when we’re paying for it!! I wish I could do 0 stars.

Food is good, but the service is not. Both I and some else I know have had items we ordered not in the bag. They need to do a better job of checking over the order before it’s sent out. Also this meant my food was cold when I got back home and it was like they didn’t care.

Hands down the BEST take out in the area!! Delivery was on time and the food was almost too hot to eat. Driver was very friendly and patient with the difficulty of locating my home.
