Edit to owner’s responce: the fact that the buns were falling apart is neither here nor there, what does matter is the PUCK of meat the in middle was disgusting. Personal taste preference is why people eat at your establishment. Your food is gross. I didn’t say anything about the pot stickers being overdone, I said they were cooked in old oil. I will not be eating here again.
I have been wanting to stop here, was so excited to see them at Walmart. Waited 15 or so minutes which was an excellent wait time. Got two buns, “spring rolls”, potstickers and terryaki chicken. The spring rolls are in a dough wrapper, not a rice wrapper. The pot stickers taste like the oil they were cooked in was weeks old. The flavor inside is pretty good. The bun was so stuck to the paper that the one that wasn’t given to us broken broke. The meat inside the bun is so unpleasant, therefore making the bun inedible. The terryaki chicken is pretty good although it just tastes like sugar on rice. I’m so disappointed.

Very unique experience that left me with a full stomach and a happy disposition. I loved every bite of the food and the tea blew me away. 10/10 one of the best places in bozeman!
