A delightful stop for first or second breakfasts. We had a western and veggie omelette and they were scrumptious! Sarah and Christopher were outstanding hosts and our cost was reasonable.

Definitely one of the best breakfasts!! I had one of the specials – “tropical French toast” – and it was the best fancy French toast I’ve ever had. Not too much going on but the flavor was great. The “sunrise skillet” was also AMAZING and yum! You also can’t compete with the company of the employees and prices. It’s always nice to see employees who care and remember customers names. I’m sad we are too far to visit more regularly. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Christian and Sarah!

Hidden gem if you want a tasty breakfast away from the crowds in downtown Jim Thorpe. Delicious sunny side up egg and home fry skillets and fluffy french toast perfect for sharing for two. Will definitely be back when we are in town.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch during a day trip to Jim Thorpe. The staff was so friendly and the food was fantastic! Very affordable prices too. The smash burger was one of the best I’ve ever had and my husband enjoyed his cheesesteak. The fries were great as well. Everything was homemade and high quality. They even make their own hot sauces. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Great staff and food! Needed a quick spot to grab breakfast and this place was great. The food is delicious and the staff were super nice and welcoming. The food options were delicious and it was hard to pick ones even the specials sounded great. The pancakes were the lightest and fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend!

Best breakfast/lunch in Jim Thorpe! The menu is creative and changes often. The staple menu items are executed perfectly. Cannot reccomend enough. If you’re coming to Jim Thorpe, stop at CBs!
