I got the beef stew here and it was quite good. It came with a French baguette that was lightly toasted and crispy. It was a good meal for $10.

Casual food court setting with 5 star quality from food, service to affordability.
Very good Meatball Banh Mi with good serving portion, flavorful meat, and fresh ingredients. Reasonable priced at $8.50.
Yummy Grilled Pork Spring Rolls and Nem Nuong Rolls. Also quality ingredients. Priced at $7.50 per order. Each order came with 2 rolls.
Their drinks were also very good. They definitely pay attention to what their serve and it shows.
Reasonably priced and nice friendly staff who were happy to help.

One of the best Banh Mis I had recently! The bread is the perfect mix of soft and crunchy (slightly softer than typical Banh Mi which I like), and they toast it warm. It’s like resting on clouds. The pate, ham and head cheese (meat jelly) combo is very flavorful, bright and not greasy at all. My wife really enjoyed it. The portion is decent. And most importantly it’s simple and affordable for only $8.50! Their spring rolls are good too. The cashier is friendly and the pick up is fast!

Very good Vietnamese cafe with reasonable price level!
I have visited for 4 times and ordered Vietnamese matcha coffee, fresh rolls, fresh bowls and banh mi. All of them are carefully prepared and taste great, 5/5! The coffee is thick. The shrimp in roll is fresh and stuffing the rolls. The veggies in bowl are crunchy and juicy, and the grilled pork is well marinated. The crunchy pork in banh mi is indeed crunchy! With the sauce nicely balancing the flavor.
The portion of the food is good for an adult man with very reasonable prices compared to restaurants in the bay. Definitely my go-to place when looking for some refreshing food. Highly recommend and wish it could maintain such quality level and the price!!

I was surprised to find this inside Ranch 99. I got the beef spring rolls and coconut coffee cause I’ve been craving for this particular taste of Vietnam, and it hit the spot. The spring roll was massive but I wish it had more veggies and some pickled dikon & carrots and possibly a nice crunchy eggroll wrap in the middle like i have it at home lol none the less it was good and it hit the spot. The house sauce is actually nuoc mam (fish sauce), so make sure to get the peanut sauce cause that usually tastes best with spring rolls (obviouslyis you’renot allergic to peanuts). The front lady was sweet and nice. I would return when in the area. The seating area is clean, calm, and cool. Next time, I’m coming back for the banh mi.

Went here for lunch was fresh and tasty. We got drinks as well. The drinks are not too sweet and if you need dairy free options those are available too. Was nice to find out that they make their pâté in house. The bread is also made fresh in house and we found it to be the perfect size and texture. There were two ways to order at the kiosk or register. Go to the register if you need any customizations.

This place is absolutely underrated, delicious and priced so well compared to many other Viet places in the city.
So thankful that I do not have to drive all the way to San Jose for a Banh mi anymore.

Their coffee is strong(perfect for those who enjoy a viet coffee), but I lean towards the food more than the coffee.

Lemongrass beef Banh Mi & Bo kho are both very flavorful.

I ordered a bowl with chicken, and it was OK, but nothing that I’d be excited to go back for. The portion was disappointingly small, and the chicken had that microwave reheat texture to it. It definitely didn’t work for me, especially when I could get the same thing but a larger portion with a variety of chicken at another food place in the same food court. My drink was also much smaller than the photo, and while the flavor was good, it was like paying for a vente at Starbucks and getting a tall. I hope to give it another try and order a different item. The service was polite, and I’d like to see them succeed.
