We tried the cheese board and both of the available wine flight options. The cheese board was a perfect snack to sip with, and the wines—paired with Sabrina’s thoughtful explanations—made for a lovely, comfortable night of tasting. It truly felt like sharing a bottle with a friend.

This was my first time coming here and was so surprised at how good their wine is! This is a tasting room for Dead Crow wine as well as a wine bar for international wines and the owner is very knowledgeable about everything she serves. I did the Dead Crow tasting flight and it was great all the way through which just doesn’t normally happen in Wenatchee and a reasonable price for the quality as well. I got an additional glass of the Dead Crow cab franc after the tasting but I legitimately liked all that I tried.
The ambience of the place is really relaxing and comfortable while still being cool and speak easy-like. Sound doesn’t echo in there either which was nice.
The owner joined our table at the end of the night because we were there past the closing time but she said all was good and we had a great conversation with her. She even gave us some charcuterie to snack on. Just an awesome experience and my friends and I all agreed we would be back!

Great ambiance and probably the best tasting I’ve ever had! I do wine tastings fairly often, and while I can appreciate that the wine is good (I’m not a wine expert), most of the tastings I’ve done in the past haven’t been super memorable. Cave Noire was truly a memorable experience and it was apparent they were very thoughtful in curating the best tasting menu. Every wine was great and had a distinct flavor profile or attribute. The first wine I tasted was so good that I thought it would be my favorite, but to my surprise, each subsequent taster matched or was even better than the last. I am still thinking about this tasting weeks after visiting. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again next time we’re in town.

Wonderful winemaker and owner, Sabrina ( I hope I that correctly?) her own label Dead Crow wines are lovely. she offers wonderful European wines as well for tasting, by the glass as well as sells wines by the bottle. A nice complement to other offerings downtown. Charming spot across from Numerica Performing Arts Center. Let’s support this wonderful new business!

Cave Noire is a new wine bar in Wenatchee and I just finally checked it out this evening. I did a red tasting and everything was amazing. Sabrina is awesome and the service was great. I ended up buying 3 bottles for $125 total and I’ll definitely be back. If you like Washington red wines, put Cave Noire on your list.
