We’re Cavataio’s Restaurant & Pizzeria, and we’ve been a pizza restaurant here in Staunton, IL, since 1988. Family-owned and operated, we serve up pizza, ravioli, spaghetti, gnocchi, lasagna, sandwiches, tiramisu, cannolis, and much more. We’re looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Carlinville, Edwardsville, Litchfield, Highland, and surrounding areas. Simply said, their Chicago style pizzas are the best anywhere! The staff are friendly and efficient, and the ingredients are always fresh to the taste. For a small town venue, they do such an authentic and impressive job on every level. I highly recommend Cavataio’s as the place to get your authentic Italian fix.

It is one of the better Italian places in my area, which is saying something since the area is populated with Italians. The lasagna is really tasty. The pizza is A tier. The garlic bread is a bit weak, so get the Formaggio sticks instead.

Coming from Bethalto where Roma’s pizza is King, I was absolutely happy with their pizza, service was fantastic, and the salad bar was nice. Would definitely recommend, the friend chicken was very good as well. An all you can eat salad bar and home made soups will make your day !!
