These negative comments show how impatient people can be. THEY JUST OPENED. I admire the staff for doing their best to make every customer experience great. Despite the long lines every team member is working hard to keep the line moving. The food and service I experienced was great!

the food tasted off, the steak was very chewy and the lamb had a strong odor that overpowered the rest of the ingredients. The workers forgot our utensils and drinks but they were polite. The place was very bright and jolly.

The food was really good! They were so short staffed, you can sense the stress. I did notice an employees was not wearing their gloves and going back and forth handling food.

Probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had for an overly hyped place. Order food online and waited an extra 35 minutes from the expected ready time. Food was bland and portions were small. There were only two people making the to go orders and they looked lost and overworked. They should have been help. Management was no where to be found. Please don’t waste your time here there’s plenty of family own Mediterranean and other chain restaurants that are way better with quality price and portions than this place.

the food was OK. I noticed employees wiping there faces, touching their hair while some wearing gloves and some no gloves at all. I ordered one chicken pita and my co worker lamb. Due to the same gloves being used, my food smelled like Lamb and grossed me out since I am not a fan of lamb meat. It had a very strong odor.

I know they just opened but I ordered take out and my order took forever to get ready. The people that came in after me got their orders and gone. Management didn’t come out to see about this issue. This is pretty sad bc I travel to LA to get CAVA but I won’t be back to this one for a very long time.
