⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a 5-star habit until one change.
I absolutely love CAVA. The ingredients are fresh, healthy, and incredibly flavorful. The in-house juices are excellent. This quickly became one of our go-to local spots.
We were ordering here at least twice a week… dine in, takeout, delivery. I brought friends and family, recommended it to others, and even posted a video about it that generated around 5,000 local views. I genuinely wanted this location to win.
But when Garlicky Chicken Shawarma was removed, everything changed for us.
We tried the other chicken options, and while the seasoning is good, the texture has been fatty and gristly. It’s just not the same experience.
Since that menu change, we’ve significantly reduced how often we go.
I’m sharing this because I truly hope CAVA pays attention to feedback. There are countless posts across Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Google mentioning disappointment about this item being removed.
This place has everything it needs to be a consistent 5-star favorite. I hope leadership listens to customers who genuinely want to keep coming back.

I love this restaurant and would eat here all the time. As far as fast casual food goes the service is excellent, I feel that my food and experience there is cared about! The food is always top quality and consistently has me wanting to come back for more. Highly recommend going to Cava!! Also very reasonably priced

CAVA is always busy, and anyone who eats there understands why. Despite intense demands, the staff is reliably courteous and kind. We were taken care of by Seth among others a few weeks ago and his joy and enthusiasm shined. Even though there was a large line, we felt seen, heard, and appreciated. CAVA is one of the only restaurants in town that we visit frequently because the portions are filling and delicious and the price is so reasonable. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and the pita chips are absolutely addictive.

I absolutely love this place! I was looking for a healthier food choice closer to the meals I prepare for myself. So glad I went here, now I return minimally 2-3 days a week. The service is always great, food is always good and the portion sizes are nice. I normally eat my bowl in 2 sittings. I also love their fresh drinks and the pita bread. Should give them a try if you’re vegan or living a healthy lifestyle.

Every time I come here I have a positive experience. The staff are always so friendly, the dining area (which has an abundance of seating) is always clean, and the drink station is always well stocked and well kept. I came by tonight and upon entering, Jayden immediately greeted me. Jayden also prepared my bowl. During the process of putting my bowl together, Jayden was incredibly patient and had the most welcoming demeanor… not just your average friendly customer service, Jayden seemed genuinely enthusiastic and kind! Not to mention, they also gave me perfect portions what a stellar employee you have, Cava!! Thank you Jayden for being so thoughtful—I hope the universe is kind to you Happy holidays!

It was a great experience. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready on time. The packaging was neat, nothing spilled, and the food was still warm. The honey harissa chicken is my new obsession. If you like Mediterranean food or even if you don’t, give CAVA a try!

Today was my first time eating at CAVA. The set up is like Chipotle or Subway where you walk down bar and tell them exactly what you want and they add it to your bowl. Every item was tasty! And all together in 1 bite… WONDERFUL! I will definitely be ordering from the CAVA in Westminster! One of my new favorite places! Well done CAVA! My only ask is please clean the tables more frequently.

I couldn’t believe when they said my total was $60 for 2.5 bowls, one being a kids meal. My husband and I basically got salad with some meat and completely skimped on general. Bowl wasn’t even filled to the top, lettuce wasn’t fresh. The rest of the food had very little flavor, I just cannot believe it was that much. Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty too. I’m so upset at this experience and I will never be back.

Wow! My first time eating Cava absolutely exceeded my expectations, and so did their service! I’m from Oregon, where we sadly do not have Cava. I decided to try it when visiting family in Fort Collins, and I’m so glad that I did!. As someone who used to work in food service, I know it can be tough sometimes, especially when encountering frustrating customers. The Cava employees were kind, upbeat, and more than welcoming. So grateful to have had this experience, and I can’t wait to come back!!!
