Best Cava in Colorado! The bowls are always filled and service is so friendly. DO NOT go to the one in Castlerock make the 20 minute drive to get consistent good food. Thanks for always being so great 🙂

Something has happened to this location recently. I’ve had good experiences here but lately the food quality has gone down. They don’t fill the bowls up like they used to. Very stingy on all the portions. When I ask for two meats they assume it’s a 50/50 split and not a double portion. I would think the company would want to ask to get more money rather than assume it’s the lesser of the two options.

Jake and Jacob were very helpful. I’m from Ohio and never ate at Cava. I was shocked because they don’t accept tips. Service was definitely worthy of a tip. I can’t wait to try the cinnamon and sugar pita chips.

Wanted to take my mom here after I got off work because I’ve been telling her how great the food is. We got there at 8:30 and had 2 hours till they closed which was enough time to get in and out. They closed down half of the store to “mop” is what we were told my this guy right here. The tables that were open were all dirty and not taken care of. Gave us attitude and didn’t want us there. Really great representation you got here CAVA. Definitely will tell people to not come to this location

This location used to be good but has gone downhill in the last year. Super inconsistent on portion sizes. Sometimes they’re great & other times, it’s miniscule. Paid $22 for a steak bowl w/extra steak & bowl wasn’t even full. Even the sauce on the side was only half full in the container. Staff is usually very friendly except for one asian guy who always seems to be in a bad mood & portion sizes always seem smaller when he’s working. You don’t have to smile & I don’t mind paying extra, but I wish I could at least get what I paid for.

This is the only CAVA location I’ve been to, and I love love love the food and strawberry lemonade. My go to is always the saffron rice, grilled chicken, 2 scoops of tzatziki and 1 crazy feta, add cucumbers / corn / feta / broccoli / crispy pita chips / lettuce / and garlic dip. The line can get pretty big during lunch rush, but worth the wait in my opinion.

Cava Always serves great food and gets great reviews. What makes this particular location very special are the people working there. Under the leadership of Jake, both Rama and Gary are performing a fantastic service by very attentive and kind manners. They serve the food with a smiling face and make everyone comfortable. They help with the orders, give good advice and show that they provide a very clean and needs service in a very meticulously clean workplace. So, not only the food is fantastic, but the people of Cava in this particular location, brings people like us again and again. They turn this place much different than any other fast food place, they provide a vey pleasant atmosphere where the food can be enjoyed comfortably. .
