Today was the worst experience I have ever had with Cava. Usually, it’s great. Today, I ordered through Door Dash. I didn’t receive my drink. The driver said Cava knew that they didn’t have it, so I need to “talk to the store.” You know, since it wasn’t his problem. Weirdly, they did deliver 2 straws. Additionally, pictures of the bowl I received are attached. Completely burnt falafels, no tomato and cucumber, no fiery broccoli, etc. In other words, not what I ordered and inedible with burnt falafels. Also unfortunately, I can’t get refunded for this entirely unacceptable experience since I complained initially about the drink and really rude driver before I realized the entire bowl was wrong and inedible. I also can’t get refunded the tip for horrific service. All around- a completely awful experience with Cava and DoorDash. It used to be great. 100% downhill. Super sad!

Paid $16 for a salad bowl with no salad. Just some random ingredients on the bottom of the bowl. I had to go get another dinner at another nearby restaurant. This was a pick up order so I contacted them online. They gave me a $10 credit. I said no this is unacceptable I want a full refund because you just gave me toppings and sauce and I had to buy another meal. They replied with ok we will remove the credit and give you a $10 refund, on your $16 inedible meal. Complete trash. Pass this location up.

Fresh, fast, and delicious. Love how tasty this place is. Fast casual Mediterranean food. They have some pretty tasty drinks too, like blueberry lemonade! They do offer kids meals too! And you can buy anything a la carte. I ended up asking for an extra side of rice because my kids just loved it!

Used to love this place. They screwed up our order so badly and gave us half of what a normal bowls that we get and spoke to the manager who was a complete idiot. He said all take out orders have less portions for same price!!!

I never write reviews but I saw 3 other people post about the same issue. I got there with a friend around 8:30 on a Wednesday. I get it, kinda late… but you’re literally open til 10:00pm?? There was only one girl taking AND making all orders behind the counter, who clearly hated her job, while the other 6 employees were doing what looked like closing duties. Again, this was before 9:00pm. Half the meat options were “out” and all the teas and lemonades were empty and cleaned. One employee literally dropped a lid to the tea container on the ground while putting them back, picked it up, and STILL used it. The bathroom smelled FOUL like literal layers of pee on the ground, which was sticky and gross. It genuinely didn’t make sense how dirty the entire restaurant was considering only one of them was helping customers. Hard to believe their food regulations are being followed properly. Either close at 9 or get a staff that wants to work.

I’m writing because I had a very upsetting experience at the CAVA restaurant in Castle Rock on Saturday, January 10th, and I feel it’s important someone is aware of what happened.
We were simply there for lunch, and what should have been an easy, casual meal turned into an uncomfortable and honestly shocking situation. The manager on duty, Brandi, became visibly angry and aggressive throwing spoons and bowls, slamming kitchen doors, and appearing completely unhinged by having to get us fresh batch of lentils. It was intimidating, and extremely unsettling to be the target of this behavior.
She was also openly rude and hostile towards my daughter and her friend, which was especially upsetting given we were just trying to enjoy lunch together. In addition, what stood out was how uncomfortable the employees seemed several appeared intimidated and even fearful, which made the entire restaurant feel toxic. This all happened while many other customers were present.
As we were leaving, a couple other women came up to us and acknowledged how badly we were treated and to share that they had similar experiences with the same manager a few minutes earlier, It was clear this wasn’t an isolated incident.
I’m not someone who often complains, but this situation felt bigger than poor service. I left genuinely concerned for the staff, for customers, and for the overall environment in that restaurant. We do really like this restaurant and hopefully there can be some positive changes but until then we will not be coming back in

The workers were really nice! Lani was very friendly and polite, and I forgot the other girls name but she had braids and had a flawless bun. Amazing atmosphere and definitely recommend going! Exceptional service !

We went to the CAVA in Castle Rock because we were already in the area and love the Greenwood Village location. Unfortunately, this experience was a huge disappointment.
We walked in around 7:30 pm and noticed right away that all of the toppings were moved to the back counter and staff were cleaning the cold bar. It honestly looked like they were closing, so I checked the hours to make sure. They didn’t close until 10 pm, which made it feel strange that cleanup was already happening.
After ordering, I went to the restroom and it was super dirty. The toilet was covered in pee, there was no toilet paper, and the trash can was overflowing with paper towels. The soda machine was also down.
The dining room wasn’t any better. There was food and trash all over the floor, the tables were sticky and clearly hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash cans were completely full. To top it off, the meat and rice in our bowls were cold.
We usually have great experiences at CAVA, but this location really missed the mark. Cleanliness, basic upkeep, and food quality should not be optional, especially during normal business hours.

Came here for a quick lunch date and will definitely be returning. Food was fresh, plenty of healthy options, and delicious overall. Staff was prompt, warm, and welcoming, and took the time to laugh and joke a little. Quiet atmosphere, plenty of seating, and very clean. House made juice drinks were amazing. I left feeling full and happy at a very reasonable price point. Strongly recommend, and will certainly return for another meal!

Amazing!! My new Chipotle! I ordered a greek salad….the ingredients were so fresh that i passed on the dressing.
Side note: Hannah is great at recommending the right mix of ingredients (added a scoop of rice) and explaining the process in which they prepare the fresh food. This place is great!
