Came here for a quick healthy lunch with my kids, CAVA is always a go to for us, location is beautiful, food is good too, dont know if there is a lack of employees, or there not being hold accountable with the cleanliness of floors and tables, I mean is 12pm at noon and there is no tables to seat on becuase they are all nasty. A member of the staff should be going cleaning the tables every 15 minutes or so, also wipe the floor, it reflects on the store and what you could think of the kitchen cleanliness. Didn’t like this CAVA location.

When I came in I was greeted with a smile from Heather. She is an amazing worker! She is so quick and so genuinely nice. I was honestly surprised by how clean it was considering the high traffic. The food was fresh and tasty! I also must say the bathrooms were super clean. Overall great service and great environment. Whoever is managing this place deserves a gold star. This is my new go-to favorite location for a quick healthy meal.

CAVA never disappoints, but this location truly stands out thanks to the amazing service. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made—but what really made our visit exceptional was Heather. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind, and she made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of rushed. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Great food + great people = we’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Heather, for making our day a little brighter!

I visited this location and my only concern was the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand that it can be challenging at times. When I placed my order, I asked for no dairy. The employee who took my order told me that the person preparing my food would take care of it.
However, when I moved down the line, the employee preparing my meal added cheese before I had the chance to mention my request again. When I reminded them that I had asked for no dairy, the response was not very polite. They rolled their eyes and proceeded to remove the cheese from my plate using their gloved hands. While I understand they were wearing gloves, I would have preferred that a new meal be prepared rather than having someone dig through my food. It was off-putting enough that I lost my appetite but I didn’t want to cause a scene.
Thankfully, I do not have a dairy allergy. If I did, this situation would have been different. This isn’t a bad location overall, but this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Tried CAVA for the first time and now I can honestly say I’m a loyal customer. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. From the first bite you can tell the ingredients are high quality and the flavors just hit right. I didn’t have a single complaint about my order, everything was exactly how you want it to be. Super amazing experience overall and I’ll definitely be back again soon!!!

This location is AMAZING! Best cava experience I’ve had. The staff was so friendly I don’t remember their names but I had a nice man with a mustache and a girl with black hair with stars on her nametag and they were so incredible. There was a line but they still were efficient and kind to every guest including myself and my sister. I never write reviews but I had to this time! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family 🙂

Wowww! This is easily the best Cava! Such amazing and helpful staff! Heather is always especially kind. She makes the customer experience awesome every time! I love that when I come to this Cava, I know what to expect, and it’s always amazing! The ingredients are consistently fresh too, which I really appreciate!

This was my first time at this location. I was greeted with a smile from McKayla! Heather made my food and was so kind and cheerful! Food was great (they had just put out fresh chicken). Store was clean! Great spot!

The food here is quite delicious, though I did find the prices to be a little higher compared to other places. The staff seemed a bit stressed during my visit, which was noticeable. Perhaps they were having a busy day. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with a few minor areas for improvement.
