This is one of the Cava locations that does catering for SMU and other nearby businesses. The staff was very friendly and offered tips on parking for future visits. The lobby and restaurant are one of the cleaner Cava locations I’ve been to, a lot cleaner and quicker service than the Houston location in The Heights.

I only want to share that I’m extremely disgusted by the lack of sanitary requirements. I came here, not realizing I had to place my order upfront, and sat for 15 minutes waiting for my food, not the problem. While I was waiting, the food prep person received a delivery. She proceeded to use the gloves she had on to open the box from outside, unpack it, put the items up, and go back to packing bowls with the SAME gloves, YUCK!! Do better Cava, I know the gloves are unlimited.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the catering service at this Cava location, which serves SMU and neighboring businesses. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even shared helpful tips about parking for future visits. Upon entering the restaurant, I couldn’t help but notice how immaculate and well-maintained both the lobby and dining area were. Compared to the Cava location in The Heights, Houston, the service here was not only faster but also much cleaner. A delightful dining experience that exceeded my expectations.

I went to Snider Plaza location in Dallas, TX on May 15th, 2023 not knowing it was an in-app order location only (google didn’t have that kind of detail). A female staff member was kind and helpful explaining and fulfilling my order ASAP since I was already there. The only recommendation I have is to ask the customer if they want the salt and pepper on the pita chips or add is as an option in the app. Mine had so much they were overly salty and almost inedible. We had to shake off and wipe the salt and pepper off the chips to be able to eat them! We couldn’t even dip them in the crazy feta we chose as a dip because crazy feta is already very salty. I’ve never gotten salt and pepper on my pita chips in other CAVA locations I’ve visited in other states.

CAVA Snider Plaza is the truth! Actually, they’re the only location that caters in the North Texas region! I’m so grateful I walked into this location and asked of their service. The food was amazing, the staff was kind and courteous (very hard to find these days!), and the manger assisted me greatly!
