I would give this place 1 million stars if I could. Not only is the food delicious…the staff are AMAZING. Tonight I went by and Lunisty, Mason, Kayla, Jocelyn, and Jonathan treated me so well. They were so helpful, sweet, friendly, and outgoing. AMAZING people… some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere. They made my experience wonderful and I beg that they all get raises because they deserve it. They’re going above and beyond with their customer service. THANK YOU CAVA STAFF I LOVE YOU FOREVER

Ordered delivery and the driver only had 1/2 my order. After calling the restaurant, in order to make it right, the manager remade our order sent it via Uber courier and added complimentary dessert. They went above and beyond to make sure the service and quality was 5 stars. Highly recommend! You don’t get great service like this anymore at all places!

This place rocks! It was a bit noisy and busy but it was around noon on a weekday…so par for the lunch course. Osmar was super friendly and incredibly kind! Food is delicious and “healthy”. Two thumbs up/ highly recommend!

CAVA is finally in the Midwest and it is delicious! I love the Steak + Harissa bowl, and that is what I definitely recommend. The prices are quite high, so don’t expect to pay anything less than $13. The service is good but they are a little slow due to how many people are in line. The atmosphere is bright and modern. I tried the beverages they have and the only one I liked was the lemonade; I didn’t have either of the teas, though. Overall, I enjoy coming to CAVA but wish it wasn’t so expensive. 4 stars!

Excellent service, the gentlemen that was making our bowl was attentive and sweet. I believe a manager stepped out as well, who was also very nice. Now the FOOD…. Oh my gosh. Truly better than other places that have a similar cuisine that I’ve tried. Their chicken is juicy and seasoned very well. And you HAVE TO ADD PICKLES TO YOUR DISH IF YOU’RE A PICKLE KIND OF PERSON BECAUSE THEY ARE TYE BEST! 10/10 would recommended. My boyfriend and I regulars, we eat here all the time

Genuinely one of the most upkept and clean restaurants in its area. Crew is amazingly welcoming, meat is perfectly seasoned and cooked, veggies and toppings prepped amazingly. I have no words. Ive eaten here so many time and each visit tops the last. I never new i’d be able to visit a food establishment where i can say the service exceeds my expectations but yet here we are. Fast, friendly, AND CLEAN. Thank you to all the lovely workers that serve me each time I visit im so grateful ☺️

First, the bowls aren’t cheap, so you expect good quality and great taste. I’ve had positive experiences at other CAVA locations. However, this time the person who prepared my bowl added so much sauce that it made the bowl unpleasant and difficult to enjoy.
