CAVA is basically like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle and I can’t believe I had to try it in Tennessee to discover it! I looked it up afterward and realized they have locations in Rhode Island where I live, so I’m really hoping it’s just as good there. If it is, this will definitely become one of my most visited spots.
Everything seemed fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the combinations were so good. The service was super friendly, which made the experience even better.
The sweet tea was a bit too sweet for my taste. The drink/trash are could’ve been a bit cleaner and every table was dirty. We ended up cleaning one ourselves to eat but other than that, the food was spot on. Can’t wait to try it again back home!

I normally don’t leave reviews and I always have enjoyed coming to Cava. But tonight I was SO disappointed in the food quality. I was so excited to have this for dinner after a 12 hour shift and picked this up to take it home. I could not even finish half the bowl because the lentils were so rock hard to a point that it made the bowl inedible and I had to check my teeth to make sure they didn’t break. This is a photo of what I had to throw away. I wish I spent $16 somewhere else 🙁

Healthy and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend building your own bowl option. Pick your greens or grains, your sauce choices, and the unlimited toppings. Skhug sauce and lemon tahini as well as yogurt dill sauce are amazing. Roasted red pepper hummus is fab too!

Was skeptical at first about some of the menu items and descriptions but when I got my food, it was delicious! I had the greak salad and the flavors really complimented each other. The drinks are different also but I tried a few and it was a.pleasent surprise. I will definitely eat here again and will add pictures as I try new items.
