I ordered the spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl and am floored at the TWO small pieces of lamb. This might as well have just been a vegan bowl without the lamb. It’s weird to advertise this as being “high protein” but not adding a decent amount of protein to the bowl. I’ll be returning tomorrow for my refund and won’t be coming back to this location again. Mind you, my mom had the same experience at this location and I was willing to give them a chance anyway. Never again. The tangerine drink is also watered down and flat. They also forgot both of my sauces on the side that I ordered.

My first visit was marred by the vinegar-based dressing, which overpowered everything. I played it safe on my second visit, and I loved it. I HIGHLY recommend ordering through the mobile app. The line takes years. Additionally, they may make a mistake in your online order, but the food is good and healthier. Bon appetite!

I love Cava. I’ve been to several locations on many different occasions. When this location first opened it was great. However, over the last few months it has continued to go downhill. I came about 6pm on a Sunday. There was about 8-10 people in line. The line was at a standstill. The staff could not have been moving any slower and several people in line ahead of me were having to correct their orders. They were out of Tzatziki and crazy feta as well as the cabbage slaw. I politely asked 3 times to have crumbled feta topping added to my bowl but it was still left off. They were even out of most utensils. Other staff could be seen standing around chatting instead of helping customers or stocking ingredients. Over the last few months, this has become the normal experience for this location. I tried to give it another chance because I love Cava but I won’t be back to this location.

Whenever I come here there is an issue. I always make sure to double check my food due to this. I’ve never left here without an issue and this time was no different. I ordered two kids meals. The one on the top of the bag was perfect. The one underneath it had no toppings at all. This feels purposeful due to it being hidden on the bottom of the bag. I did not notice until I got home, so there is nothing that can be done. This is completely unacceptable. I recommend opening everything before leaving if you come here due to the forgetfulness of the staff here.

I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a good experience. However, today I was charged more even though I didn’t ask for any extras. She didn’t tell me it would cost extra, and I only noticed after seeing the receipt. I understand that some items, like avocado, cost extra—but I didn’t request any add-ons today, and I wasn’t told there would be an extra charge. It felt intentional rather than an honest mistake.

The food has potential but the brown rice wasn’t thoroughly cooked. There are two people in the front both preparing/serving food and handling money with the same gloves they’re using to serve the food. I couldn’t get a picture of the drink area but it was filthy. To my surprise a third person came out and said goodbye to their coworkers with the place clearly in disarray. This is a poorly run establishment. It was our first time here and may be the last.

Came to store at 10:00 pm and lady with dark hair said they have no toppings entire food bar was broken down 30 mins before close so unprofessional and the front door was dirty lots of fingerprints they had no intentions of serving anyone and should update store hours to 9:30 not 10:30 she and the guy had toppings on top of bar and they also had black trash bags doing trash customer service was below subpar. A lot of restaurants fail in the area for similar issues. I don’t recommend this location first encounter will be my last

Came here with high hopes only to be highly disappointed. First off the workers aren’t very friendly so the vibes are immediately off. They were refilling the food by dumping the new food in the old containers and it was falling into the other containers. Gross! There was food everywhere. They were out of toppings. The food didn’t even taste that good. They were out of ice. One of the other customers told me they are always out of ice. I would never waste my time coming here again.
