Me and my friend went to this location last night and this was my first time. I was helped by three amazing workers Tyler, Greg Jr. and Hope. They were so pleasant and kind, they are three hardworking people and really brings the best light to the business. First visit and I am already hooked on the place. Hope was so patient when I was deciding what to get because the menu was still pretty new to me and she recommended some amazing ingredients. I normally hate corn in my bowl but she told me to try it and I did and it was amazing ! The place was so neat and clean. Despite being so busy all day and tired they still provide the best service. Hope was cleaning the place on my way out and making sure the restaurant was in tip top shape. Great job guys. Definitely obsessed with cava now.

Second time eating here. Loved the first experience from the customer service to the Grain Bowl. Wasn’t familiar with the menu, so I was able to sample a couple of menu items to determine which to choose. However, the second visit wasn’t as pleasant as far as customer service. I wanted to sample a couple more menu items to create a different Grain Bowl, but the young lady that was serving seemed annoyed and was rushing me. Minus the customer service on my second visit, I’ve found a new spot.

We came to Cava today for the first time and were immediately met with smiling faces! The staff was incredibly helpful explaining everything to us, and Gregory had the most amazing and inviting charisma!! He made us feel at home! Will definitely come back to this location! 😀 10/10 review!!

Yesterday, my friend convinced me to visit Cava for some good food, and I have to admit, I was initially skeptical. It reminded me of Chipotle, but with a healthier twist, and that made me a bit nervous. However, from the moment I took my first bite, I fell in love with the place! The food was absolutely delicious, and I’m already planning to go back, maybe even this week.

CAVA is the place to go for a nice lunch or dinner! It has very healthy choices of food and is delicious! I like to get the build your own bowl, which is 10.95. Up charges are available for select things on the bowl. It is a great place to eat. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed in this cava location. The restaurant is dirty, no sauces available (not even balsamic date), no cup lids, majority of the drinks are out, employees seem miserable and like always, there is a significant wait for pita chips as always. I think training is needed or additional assistance.

Food is amazing every time we visit but we regret placing a mobile order any time we want Cava because our order is never ready when the app notifies us that it is. This leaves us waiting at least an additional 15-30 minutes at the location each time after arriving to pick up our order. I recommend not allowing mobile orders if your employees can’t effectively keep up the pace because waiting each time like this isn’t it.

I never write reviews but my experience at this location today was horrible! I got there at 8:50pm on a Saturday night because I was looking for something to eat and I saw the restaurant closes at 10pm. They were out of most of the items and told me if I wanted chicken it would be about a 12 minute wait. I decided to wait. While I was waiting I was observing the place and it was so disgusting I should have walked out right then . The employees also seem miserable as if they don’t want to be there. When the chicken finally came out and it was time to pick the toppings they were out of everything I wanted. I also asked for pita chips and again they told me it would be another wait for them to fry them . If you close at 10pm you should make sure your line is stocked until there are more customers and at least have backup ingredients so you don’t need to turn away customers when you still have an hour left to close . This place really needs new management and training . I would hate to see it close .
