CAVA Kennesaw has officially become my go-to spot, especially after the gym. The food is ALWAYS fresh, clean, and exactly what you want when you’re trying to eat right but still enjoy your meal.
Shoutout to Joselyne — she is AMAZING. Her customer service is A1 every single time. She knows the menu inside and out and explains everything so clearly and patiently, especially when you’re trying to figure out what works best for your goals. You can tell she actually cares and takes pride in what she does.
I’m not sponsored, I don’t get free food — they’re just genuinely that good. Morning crew at this location is top-tier. Friendly, professional, and consistent. If you’re into Mediterranean food, salads, bowls, or just want something filling without feeling heavy, this is the place.

The food was good – with the exception of the burnt lamb meatball. The worker quickly replaced it with a non burnt one… the issue was with the cleanliness of the lobby! Tables were nasty. I grabbed a spray and wiped them off myself. Ice was piled on the grate and trash was over flowing. I will return, however, the lobby makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Food is fantastic. Service was pleasant and they seemed eager to be helpful. My only issue is that they were out of several items and it was only 8 PM or so. There was also a long wait on the roasted sweet potatoes. What I had was great, I just wanted all of the options.

Shawna customer service was on point! You don’t get much great service ordering in spaces like this all the time . I was very picky because it was my second time ordering and when I ask to have my falafel remade she ask with no hesitation!

UPDATE- i’ve continued to go to this location for months. I still have had multiple issues with forgotten items, but I’ve had the time to go back and get them. Now today on October 10th after working a 12 hour day and driving an hour home from work I picked up my order and got home and my dressing is missing. I don’t have time to go back to the location before they close and I will eat my dry dinner. Very disappointing.
Not sure what has changed in the past couple months. This use to be a great location. They’ve messed up my last 3 orders and are regularly out of stock on toppings. Portions are all over the place. It’s unfortunate they have a couple good employees that try their best to make up for the back kitchen. Was a loyal customer since they opened. I’ll now be traveling farther to a different location moving forward.

For my first order I Didn’t get my roasted vegatable, only 2 lamb meatballs, no broccoli. And the bowl wasn’t full
For the 2nd order I got barely a 1/2 of super greens and 95% rice when it was supposed to be split 50/50, barley any olives
No utensils or napkins (was a delivery order) only reason it has 2 stars is because the quilty of thr ingredients are good

Such a clean store. The food here was delicious and very fresh when I arrived. Was recommended by family and this place did not disappoint. I feel I was catered to with the most splendid customer service. I’m not sure who manages this location but they absolutely deserve a promotion. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed such tasty food while also receiving terrific help from the staff. Thanks Cava.
