I had the opportunity to visit CAVA at the Kingstowne location, and honestly the entire experience was amazing. From the customer service to the atmosphere and the food — everything was excellent. The food tasted fresh, and you could really notice every ingredient on your palate… a complete experience. If you have the chance to go, do it!
Edwin took care of me, and he made my experience at the restaurant even more enjoyable. Overall, the entire staff was great; always helpful, polite, and very professional.
I ordered a spicy honey chicken bowl with white rice, corn salad, lemon tahini, hummus, and crazy feta. My boyfriend ordered a chicken pita. It was so delicious that we forgot to take pictures, but we will definitely be back.

The CAVA at Kingstowne Center is hands-down my favorite location! The atmosphere is always clean, welcoming, and well-kept, making it a great spot to grab a bite any time of the day.
A special shoutout to Maha for her incredible customer service — she went above and beyond to make sure my girlfriend and I were well accommodated and had everything we needed. That kind of attention to detail and kindness really makes a difference.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly, and the staff overall had such positive energy. Highly recommend this location if you want a great meal and an even better experience!

This is hands-down my FAVORITE CAVA ever! Every single visit is guaranteed to leave me smiling and feeling like I just had the best experience. Maha is my absolute favorite—she’s so sweet, patient, and never rushes me (even though I’m guilty of piling on a lot of toppings ).
As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they never skimp on the toppings. Not eating meat means I usually double up on veggies, and they load them up generously.
This location is always clean never a mess, even when the line is packed. You can tell they genuinely care about quality and the customer experience. This location is worth the drive!

First time to come to this Cava Location: 10/10 customer service , 10/10 food. The staff were really nice as I didn’t know what to choose and they were super patient, the atmosphere is really cool and good music. Food and drink is so nice I’m middle eastern so I can appreciate some good cava!

Had a delicious spicy chicken bowl with rice, lentils, onions. Cava is always a great stop when you are hungry. All kinds of sauces and other add on. I like the olives and goat cheese. Great place. The drinks have a variety of sweet and unsweetened teas. Highly recommended.

Somehow managed to give me every black-spotted (moldy?) green they could find in their salad mix. I left pics of three different ones that were in my food, but there were at least 4. I’ve complained of some issues with quality control where they’ve given me food raw/undercooked in the past, but this is a bit much even for this store. I gave a 2 overall because the food I did eat before I got to these pieces was good.

My daughter is gluten-free due to a food allergy. She ordered a kids meal and couldn’t eat half of the items in the meal. We asked if she could make a substitution for another menu item that she could eat, like a veggie. We were told no, that there were no substitutions to accommodate food allergies. We were told if she wanted to add a veggie we would have to pay for it. Then the manager, who was quite rude to us about our request for an accommodation, told the cashier to be sure to charge us more for the side veggie for our daughter. Very bad customer service and this restaurant IS NOT RECOMMENDED for those with food allergies.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this CAVA location due to the behavior of one employee named Edwin . The cashier was rude and treated me differently in a way that felt like racial profiling. Their tone and actions were unnecessary and unprofessional, and it made what should have been a quick, pleasant visit really upsetting. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training, because no customer should feel singled out or disrespected like this.
