We ordered the falafel veg bowl, spicy chicken shawarma bowl, and the lamb bowl. The food was good and flavorful. The falafel was fresh, the chicken had a nice spicy kick, and the lamb was well seasoned and tender. Portions were filling and ingredients tasted fresh.
CAVA has its own Mediterranean-style flavors, so it’s best not to compare it with Chipotle bowls. Overall, a good option if you enjoy Mediterranean bowls.

I went for the first time, for lunch, on a random Tuesday in November. The vibe reminded me of chipotle back when it was cool. They had a bright, open dinning room with the line around the back, just like chipotle. I built my own bowl with saffron rice, super greens, steak, and various veggies. Everything was really good, I especially enjoyed the slight heat of something I chose. The steak was a little old, and I thought the portion was a a bit on the smaller side. However, a bowl and a blueberry root beer cost me $20, which in this economy is reasonable.

I had such a great experience at Cava! The food is absolutely amazing and so fresh. Everything tasted incredibly flavorful, and you can really tell the ingredients are high quality. Every bite felt fresh and perfectly prepared.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and taken care of so quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Bryan was the one who greeted me when I came in, and he was so helpful and kind. He made sure everything was just right and went above and beyond with his customer service.

My family’s new favorite place for fresh, tasty eats! The food is fresh and flavorful. There is something for everyone. I have one picky tween, one vegetarian teen with a nut allergy, a husband with an egg allergy and I myself just love to “have it MY way.” We always leave satisfied and feeling healthy after meal at Cava. The staff there are always very helpful and welcoming. There are so many choices and they are so patient as you choose or if you need explanation. The meat is so tasty and never dry or fatty. It is just delicious! The atmosphere is delightful. It is clean and very modern. A very ” whole ” experience.

I visited the newly opened Cava, a Mediterranean casual fast restaurant, in Nashua. Overall, I had a good experience. The food was fresh, and I felt it offered good value for the price. As a vegetarian, I was impressed with the wide variety of options available, and the unique sauces were a definite highlight. The only disappointment was that the falafels did not meet my expectations. Hope they keep the quality high with great service and improve the menu items further.

We have been to this CAVA location several times and plan to continue to visit regularly. We always order 2 build your own grilled chicken greens and grain/bean bowls. The total was about $26 for both bowls. We find their pricing to be very reasonable. Their bowls come with a generous portion of chicken, flavorful toppings and delicious multi grain pita bread. We have found their staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Despite it being fairly busy whenever we go their service is quick and we never had to wait very long. We were introduced to their food when in Woburn Ma, Florida and SC. We are very thankful that CAVA finally came to Nashua! We hope they will stay for a VERY long time!!
