The food was good, the service was good, the cleanliness was poor. I spent $19
There wasn’t a single table that was clean. I had to grab some napkins and wipe the table myself. Dining in a place that isn’t clean does make me wonder about sanitary practices in general. I saw a mother grab a spray bottle and napkins to wipe a table so she could enjoy a meal with her son.
Please improve on this or be transparent with your expectations. Are we supposed to clean our table if we want to sit and dine or is this the responsibility of whoever is working?

I love Cava so much everything I had is soo flavorful! I have to say everyone that worked there were very helpful and knowledge my friend and I. It was very clean also I bought my kids kids meal and their rice was really hard.: mine wasn’t so I’m confused on how come they had hard rice. Other than that little mishap it was delicious!

I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Olivia and Kryillos! They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient, and they made the whole visit feel welcoming. They took the time to make sure my order was exactly right and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. Customer service like theirs really makes a difference—definitely one of my best CAVA visits. I’ll be back!

I’ve never seen so many employees looking busy but in actuality doing nothing, getting paid to do the least amount of work.
Chewing food at the counter. Took 5 minutes to get pita chips and a side of crazy feta and no one was in front of me. Seems the norm for this store. Yikes. Do better.

I had such a great experience at this CAVA thanks to Olivia and Addie. They were super friendly, patient, and made my bowl exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they really care about their customers and keep the line moving while still giving great service. Definitely appreciate them — they made my visit so much better! I’ll be coming back because of them.

Nice restaurant in a convenient location, in a shopping center with a large parking lot. Pleasant interiors and music, plenty of daylight, clean restrooms.
Fresh, tasty, and nutritious food, good service. The portions are not so generous, and the prices are a bit high, but still good value.
Compostable bowls, forks made with plant starch, that’s better than regular disposable plastics.
