Cattleman’s Roadhouse is a locally owned, Kentucky Proud restaurant. We are not a chain, but we do now have several locations in the surrounding area. We are just a couple of Kentucky boys serving great steaks! We pride ourselves in local buying and suppliers. When we opened our first restaurant, we scoured the state to find the best quality foods possible. Our steaks are aged 28 days, hand-cut, and are second to none in tenderness and flavor. Our burgers are Aspen Ridge All Natural Beef that is certified, humanely raised, with NEVER any antibiotics. From our locally sourced produce to our handmade desserts by Helen, we strive to serve better quality foods than other casual restaurants.

Fairly crowded on a Sunday afternoon, but seated promptly and Brittany, our server, was immediately there to take our drink order. Full salad bar, great steak and pork chops. Baked potatoes were big, perfect and loaded with butter and sour cream. Tasty cinnamon butter with large basket of warm rolls. Prices excellent. And, it was obvious that everyone around us was having a good time.

Our recent meal here was delicious! Two of us ordered the bourbon glazed chicken, and the other ordered the salmon. We also had a child with our group, and we were impressed by the large portion size of the kids chicken tender meal. The bourbon glazed chicken is one of the specials that includes the salad bar all day on Sundays (also offered other days of the week but not for the entire day). We all agreed that the salad bar is one of the best we have ever come across! To top it all off, they even give you rolls with both regular and cinnamon butter. Highly recommend!

We had excellent service both fast and friendly, but some of the food missed the mark for us. We ordered the sampler appetizer, it was less than exciting. The steaks we had were cooked properly and overall tasted good. The Mac and cheese side we both had was just not good, unfortunately. My husband said the salad bar was incredible tho-lots of toppings to choose from, clean, and fresh tasting.

We dined in Saturday and has a wonderful experience. Every time we visit the food, service and atmosphere is on point. Our server was quick and attentive. Our food was AMAZING. Juicy, tender steaks cooked to perfection!! Piping hot loaded baked potatoes and rolls. So many delicious, fresh options at the salad bar. The bow tie pasta salad is phenomenal. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We will certainly be back again.
