Solid five out of five. It’s not fancy, it’s crowded, and sitting at the bar is definitely an option. Tuesdays is “all you can eat wings” And it did not disappoint. I was not in the mood for a food challenge, I ordered a patty melt. It was juicy, pressed with grilled onions, cheese, and marbled rye.
The fries were just OK. The basket comes with a container of coleslaw too.
The wings come out hot. Your choice of breaded or naked, And your choice of a variety of sauces. Comes with fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw. We could’ve probably done without the hush puppies, but it was a nice taste.
If it wasn’t so darn hot the day we went, we would’ve sat outside. The patio overlooks the lake, and you can watch the ducks.
It’s a small quaint bar with food that doesn’t disappoint.

What a great little find. We’re full time travelers in the area for an bit. Went on a beautiful hike, and needed something to eat. We ordered the whitefish. I had mine blackened. It was all delicious. Coleslaw and French fries were awesome. Candice took really good care of us. Would for sure come back here when in the area

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at cattails Cove. The Cajun whitefish was outstanding, the portions were generous. The service and the view from the patio were also great. I would highly recommend cattails Cove and I’m sure I will return.

Stopped in for a quick bite and ended up ordering several appetizers.. You can sit inside at a table or the bar section. We chose outside to sit on the patio.. It was still sunny out and had a view of the lake. I ordered their famous Cajun steak bites, which were so tender and juicy. The spicy cheese curds were literally the best I have had.. Portobello mushroom slices were hot and bread just right. They were paired with ranch or blue cheese dressing . My husband said the yellow lake perch was tasty and bread perfectly. The pop/soda is Coca-Cola beverages along with alcohol beverages.. Thank You for dinner. We will be back in a few weeks…

I have been there several times The food is consistently excellent by far.
One of the best things is the patio the view is beautiful they allow pets as well they must behave and on a leash .
That is very important for those of us that don’t have kids.

A good local place for food by the water with lots of choices for burgers, sandwiches, salads, and fried fish at decent prices. The outside dining area is nothing fancy but gives good views of the marina and boat ramp. We’ve watched ducks, swans, muskrats, and a beaver swimming in the water the several times we’ve been there. The inside is a little small and seems dark but we’ve always been able to get a seat outside. And to top it all off, the service is always great!

We’ve returned to this place anytime we’re nearby. The fish is excellent. This time, we ordered the yellow perch dinner, but we also enjoyed the bluegill dinner and the perch sandwich on other occasions. We ate outside. Do yourself a favor and drop in and see for yourself.

Great food and atmosphere. Good selection of local wines and beers. Best fish I’ve had in a while. Nice outdoor seating by the water for great bird-viewing. We saw a great heron and a family of swans! Nearby boat parking.
