OMGosh, hands down the ONLY place to eat in Farmington, Missouri. The server was prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable of items on the menu. Food was hot, perfectly seasoned, large quantity for a reasonable price, prepared in a timely manner and tasted absolutely delicious . FIX YOUR WEB SITE PRICING!! Ordered a 4 piece dinner that said 9.99 and a shrimp dinner that said 11.99 for pick up. Was charged 11.99 for the 4 piece and 18.99 for the shrimp. When questioned about it only got a “sorry we’ve tried to take it down” Won’t be getting my business again.

It’s really pretty good food. Big portions if you order just a meal. Many people order the all you can eat/ family style. Once they are actually full, they order more so that they can take it home, which contributes to higher prices for everyone. Add that to Bidenflation and prices continue to go up.

We come here every year from out of state to visit family and coming here yearly to this restaurant has been kind of a family tradition now for many years. The people here are always nice, the food is overall above average. They easily accommodate huge parties of people. If you like catfish, fried okra and many of the fixin’s that are family style, this place is perfect for that.

I really loved the catfish, hush puppies, and mac n cheese. Mashed potatoes were blah and they gave me the wrong pie (asked for banana creme pie and got lemon meringue pie). The order was to go so I wasn’t able to return it especially after my family cut out 3 slices. I’d still highly recommend them and look forward to getting the correct pie!

The staff here was a blessing. Southern smiles and charm from the time I walked in the door. The food was fresh and hot. The catfish was breaded and cooked to perfection. Amazing little hole in the wall with an at home feel. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Took a visit to the Catfish Kettle on the recommendation of about 7 different people. Amazing, nothing less than a phenomenal restaurant. The food is stupid delicious, the service is super friendly, and the atmosphere is extremely family-friendly. Meagan, our server during this vist, super friendly and accommodating, handling all our requests with expediency and a friendly smile. The all you can eat plates are an amazing value for what you get, the fish, chicken, and the baby shrimp were all really good. Also, some real good and crunchy bread and butter pickles! Definitely stop by and enjoy the good food.

Inside dining tables are crazy close together but food is amazing and if you purchase all you can eat they encourage you to order your extras before you leave to take home. No other all you can eat or buffets do this and do not alow you to take home food so this is truly awesome.
