Tried 1st time for dinner. Previously bought some seafood fro their market. Everything looked fresh and no smell. Had the mussels bianco and broiled catfish for a quick dinner. Both were delicious. Catfish was cooked to perfection! Will be back!

I really should give zero stars, but it’s not an option. I went last night with my girlfriend and her son, and it was frigid out (14ºF). We were seated close to the door, and every time it opened, we got an arctic blast; the slow door closer didn’t help. We asked our waiter if we could move to a table farther from the door, and there was one table available. Preparing to move, a woman came over (owner? manager?), intercepted me, and said “you can’t sit there because the table isn’t set up for you”. It was missing only one place setting, which could easily have been corrected. We were so incensed that we walked out, and may never go there again. I couldn’t believe how rude that woman was, and should have gotten her name.

The surf and turf dinner lobster tails are not Maine lobster, they’re spiny lobster. I think this should be noted on the menu. Also the calamari was soggy.

Stopped by for dinner not quite sure what to expect and it turned out to be a great meal. It started with a steaming bread dish then an outstanding salad. We shared the mussels marinara, very good. My wife had the shrimp fra diavolo and I had stuffed sole with crabmeat. We were both very satisfied. We will be back!

We used Catfish Annie’s to cater a party and everything was amazing! We ordered oysters, shrimp, and mini lobster rolls — and every single thing was a hit. They came nicely on platters & on ice. The oysters were super fresh, the shrimp went so fast, and the lobster rolls were gone in seconds. Everyone kept raving about the food.
Tom was so friendly and helpful when I stopped in and then continued to add onto our order. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend for any event — we’ll definitely be back for more!

Amazing seafood restaurant conveniently located in Commack. For years I’ve know about this place and for some reason never frequented the establishment. This year my wife suggested we do a take out order for the family for Mother’s Day. Am may I say that this was the best suggestion amongst all the other restaurants we considered. The staff prepared the order meticulously. From the plating to the bagging, everything was perfectly cooked and nothing was missing. I have to say that I wish I visited this place sooner, but better late than never. They also have a fresh fish counter with lots of selections at decent prices. All in all you just can’t go wrong with Catfish Annie’s. I highly recommend this place for all occasions.
