My family and I were greeted and felt welcomed
The menu is top tier a little bit of Eveything we wanted to order everything lol we dined in for brunch and ordered some meals to go… we are in Vegas for the long Thanksgiving week into the weekend we wil definitely return on our next trip and most definitely we highy recommend Catalinas
Numerous takeout orders from food delivery apps but I would really like to eat in at the restaurant soon. Excellent birria tacos with consommé, and their burritos are killer as well
First off, props to Sol & Paulina, who’ve been keeping the kitchen HOT for a year now, and big ups to founder Allan who was visiting from AZ! Word on the street is they’re opening a second location soon!
Now, let’s talk grub. I started with their homemade horchata, and it was like a sweet, cinnamon-y hug in a glass.
We went for the quesa birrias were bomb, the Taki burrito had a spicy kick that woke up my taste buds & was my fav there!
The carne asada fries? Forget about it! YUM! Then came dessert and, oh my! The arroz con leche was creamy and comforting, the fresas con crema were sweet and dreamy, and the churros? Crispy, sugary perfection. Plus, they’ve got breakfast, a drive-thru, combo plates, and even stuff for the kiddos. Seriously, what’s not to love?
We ordered a chips and salsa, monster wet burrito, 1 birria quesadilla and the birria noodles.
Chips & salsa:
Good homemade chips, but as salsa they give you pico de gallo (no salsa).
Monster wet burrito:
It is a normal size burrito, full of rice and beans and almost no meat. The salsa tastes different than the regular wet burritos, no for everyone taste.
Birria quesadilla:
It was okay
Birria noodles:
Almost no birria meat, the quesadilla it had more birria than the hole plate of noodles.
Service was good and friendly however we wait for around 40 min for our food.
UPDATE: I went and ordered the 5 rolled taco supreme and asked for no pico de gallo. I got home and found that they put the rolled tacos on top of lettuce, sour cream and guacamole, normally this stuff goes on top or to the side. The tacos were gross and soggy and it was loaded with pico de gallo, what makes them Supreme is they have carne asada on top, there was very little carne asada to speak of. The service was still great at the drive thru but if you get the rolled tacos be specific on how you want them and hope for the best.
The service was wonderful, the food was amazing and the restaurant was very clean despite the area it’s in. We got the monster birria burrito and a supreme carne asada burrito, both were delightful. We will be returning to try more of their deliciousness
Went there a second time and this time we went inside to order. The same lady helped us. She was very helpful and very nice. Place was very clean. Good to know, you can get Chirizo burritos all day long. Plus,we tried a carne asada with cheese taco and it was so tasty. Plus, there prices are very fair. Now we want to try more on their menu.
