Visiting my parents from out of town. Castello’s is their favorite pizza place (and love their sandwiches too). I’ve enjoyed their pizza on previous visits but tonight was extra special.
I made a mistake in my Bianche pizza order, but Frank (front of house) and Claudia (manager) were incredibly kind in correcting the issue even though it was 100% MY fault. And not only was the version that I ordered excellent (shared it with my daughter and she loved it too) BUT Claudia also gave us the opportunity to try the “mistake” version to see if we liked it anyway. Claudia was right…it was equally outstanding with the stuff that I thought I wouldn’t like.
THANK YOU to Frank and Claudia for such outstanding service tonight, for the excellent food and for your continued great service to my family here in Clermont. Definitely will come back again and again!

Simply got a large cheese carry out pizza around 6:00 p.m. Very nice people. Pizza was fantastic. A bit pricey. $20 out the door for a large cheese. Otherwise would have been five stars but with that said it was a fantastic pizza so I’m okay with that in the end

Had an amazing eggplant parm. Perfectly cooked and great price. Comes with garlic knots and side salad. Waitress was very friendly. My friend had the chicken Alfredo and she loved it. Definitely recommend you support this small business and get some great food

We shared a salad and medium pizza, one half pepperoni and one half cheese. Service was so accommodating but it was not busy. Clean and nice inside. Pizza good, but not great. Would return.

Left there so satisfied. Taste was was excellent. Service was excellent. Price was excellent. Large portions. Greek salad was very good. Calzone very good. Their sauce was great. Meatballs great. Chicken Alfredo was also very good. Expect it to take a little longer but well worth the wait. We’ll be back!

Best pizza in Clermont. My family has been going there for around six years. Once we tried it, Castello’s became an instant favorite. Our family of six typically orders three pies (cheese, pepperoni, Margherita) and we’re never disappointed. We especially love it since our family is not big on saucy pizzas. They have just the right combination of sauce and cheese, neither one overpowering. We never have to wait to be seated. Great and friendly service as well!

It was a little outdated. They have a nice bar that could draw more attention. Possibly doing some minor renovations to make it more modern would make a world of difference. If they don’t find the need to do so the pizza is good anyway!
