Service by employees and the atmosphere were nice; but the food quality is something that needs a lot of work.
Birria soup was just not good; was my first time trying this place.
I couldn’t bring myself to even finish it. The consomé alone made it unbearable with absolutely no sensation of seasonings or any qualities and I believe it was mixed with Menduo; which I’ve never seen or tasted before. Tasted more like a Menudo water soup, no joke unfortunately. I was excited to have a soup cause I’ve been feeling under the weather. :/
The meats quality is Ok at BEST.

I called because the 5 rolled taquitos were not cooked. They were RAW… and she hung up on me. I threw it all in the trash
Major disappointment. And what great customer service instead of asking to replace it. Or a refund she hung up on me… yeah really nice. Never again

Ordered through UberEats, no problems there . I ordered the Chile verde fries and they were really watery, idk why. Also they were missing beans. Plus side they weren’t stingy with other ingredients and even fried my fries a bit longer per request.

Lazy people deciding not to work the drive thru during the posted hours. Drove out of my way to get food here at 4:30am. Sign posted said their not in operation from 6:00am-6:30am, clearly they decided otherwise. Bad business, I hope the owner sees this. Disappointing.
