This was a nice bar and restaurant. I came here on the weekend, it was pretty busy.

The food and service was great. The staff were really kind. They offered us free samples of the soup before deciding.

The drinks aren’t that expensive during happy hour. Happy hour happens every day starting from 5pm. It’s nice being able to get affordable drinks in Manhattan.

Really nice pub located in Midtown Manhattan. There is an ample variety of beers, but you do need to go to the bar to order (I am unsure if you’re sitting on a table there is table service as the 3 times I was there they were full and I had to stand). The Guinness is very good. As for food, I am a big Nachos fan, and they nachos, albeit mid-size, were delicious.

Had a great time at Karaoke last Friday night! The bartenders were funny and attentive. The food was GREAT and they had a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Will be back again soon

Great venue. Very Irish and home from home inside. Irish bar staff were super friendly. Usual beers and cocktails available. Plenty of seating and prices are reasonable. Great music and excellent venue.

From the outside Cassidys really doesn’t look anything special, it looks like just an ordinary bar, an Irish Pub, a bit of a dark and dingie front door and entrance area and indeed it’s not anything special but it knows what it is and does what it knows very well; that’s good beer, good hospitality and decent food for your money.

But once inside it’s a warm, friendly and is clearly a really popular bar that has plenty of atmosphere with very welcoming staff to boot. The decor is plain and simple, with tables, bar stools and high-tops with the walls adjourned with old signs, TVs showing sports and themed pictures.

The menu is straight forward, simple and quite basic but it’s reasonably priced and from what we had it wasnt bad. I had buffalo wings whilst my wife had the French onion soup , which she really enjoyed. Great choice of beers.

The service was really good. The restrooms were clean.

Went there for dinner and a drink tonight after driving from Boston for a mother daughter trip. We were exhausted, tired, and thirsty and came to the perfect spot! If I lived locally, I would be a regular. The atmosphere, service, food, drinks, just overall vibe was so warm and welcoming. Our server Fran went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave wonderful service. I hope to come back before we head back to Boston!

Don’t sleep on the nachos! (With beef). But honestly everything was awesome. We got beef stew, French onion soup, and JAMBALYA. Classic Irish cuisine am I right? They nailed it either way. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Totally check it out.

What a find! Walking through NYC and feeling a bit weary amd hungry on a snowy Sunday afternoon, we came to find Cassidy’s. Great location, a little away from all the crowded avenues and tourist attractions, it had an entrance that looked like what you expect a pub to have, a very warm and inviting bar area, and welcoming staff that found us a good, big table – perfect for 4 or 6 or a few more people.
The food was very good: big, crips steak fries, a hearty onion soup, some ‘ok’ mozzarella sticks and phenomenal chicken tenders (light panko crust – beautiful), with the last 2 having a very fresh and delicous mini salad as side.
The staff was welcoming, attentive and really on point.

This place was an incredible find! The Christmas decorations on the ceiling were awesome. The weight staff was incredible and everything we had was also incredible. We had the nachos and Philly spring rolls for apps. Then we had cop salads and Caesar salads, which were excellent as well as my daughter had a turkey club with french fries that was incredible. Highly recommend
