I had high hopes these Persian kebabs would be on par with the late Jeddo Kebab off 161, they are not sadly. They were okay but not worth coming back for. Caspian is located inside a locked shared kitchen with a dozen other restaurants. Call ahead or ring the appropriate bell to place an order. Cozy common area in front with some seating if desired.

Their ground kabab (kobideh) was super dry. Their rice had no aroma and stale, Their chicken needed flavor, also lacked salt and pepper. Their salad also needed salt and pepper and some real lemon juice. I don’t know if they actually taste their food to adjust or not. They need to change their cook. Their service was ok. They really need to improve the taste of their food and it needs to be cooked properly so it doesn’t dry out.

It has been a while and decided to eat some persian food while we were in the area. The beef and chicken kabob were very good. Parking was a challenge. Very small place with limited seating for maybe 8 people. It is better to order and go.
