Drinks: The mojito was excellent – really fresh and well-balanced. The Guinness was just what you’d expect, poured right and no complaints.
Food: We both went with salads. I had one with avocado and bacon, and my fiancé had one with chicken. The ingredients were fresh, but the flavor was a little watered down – still enjoyable, just not as bold as we were hoping for.
Service & Atmosphere: The staff was friendly, but service was on the slower side, especially considering the place wasn’t packed. A little more attentiveness would’ve gone a long way. That said, the vibe is cool, and you can tell this place must be electric on game days.
Overall: Not a bad experience at all – solid drinks, decent food, and a great location if you’re coming from Fenway. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you want to grab a drink or a bite near the ballpark, especially when there’s a game or event going on.
We had an amazing server as well. The atmosphere was amazing during game day.
Sure, you’re at a concert near Fenway park. You say to you yourself hey, let’s go get a beer after the show. You walk in. You order a Guinness. It’s Boston, they know how to pour a proper pint. BUT NO. this man behind the bar assaulted my eyes and tastebuds. He poured what I would describe as one of the worst Guinness pours I have ever witnessed. This is not a college teeny-bopper bar. Real men come here to get real beer. If this is how you treat your customers, count me out. Waited 10 minutes at the bar to even get served.
1/10 never again.
Brilliant chicken wings of all flavours. Excellent service and food.
And of course, full sports bar tv experience! Highly recommended
