Went on 1/29 @5:40pm and the dude on registrar duty was on his phone when I came in, didn’t greet. Stood there like he was mute didn’t say I was good to go… I asked HIM if I was good TO GO and all I got was “yeah” as he slowly closed his eyes. If you hate your job so bad leave. Do better Casey’s.

Consistently one of the worst Caseys in the area. Horrible attitudes from the folks in the kitchen. Hardly ever have inventory. Every order I have ever placed with this store has come back with some product missing because it was out of stock. Not to mention the creepy homeless people that hang out and ask for money, cigarettes, lighters, booze, and rides. And it seems as if the assistant manager there has a superiority complex. Boasting and gloating about 10 years of Walmart experience doesn’t give you any experience at a convenience store like Casey’s. I will continue going to my Centerton store where things are a little more functional and people are a little less disrespectful.

They have the most disrespectful staff I have ever seen in my life. I purchased drinks and extremely overpriced antifreeze ask if I could fill a jug of water for my leaking radiator and was told to leave the store and not come back. Didn’t have any regular aspirin ( not acetaminophen ) or motion sickness pills with melatonin. But they did have Dramamine which doesn’t work for me Also the air pump for tires outside wasn’t working, which isn’t really the stores fault, but it didn’t help any….

I won’t buy from this location anymore. I went to Kum & GO after I left there this morning. My gas tank was on empty and I had won $60 on lottery tickets the day before. I was going to fill up and use the money from the tickets to pay for the gas. I was refused servicebecaise the machines to check the tickets wasn’t turned on yet because the manager hadn’t done that yet. They just lost at LEAST $50 in sales for gas. What a shame.

Terrible customer service. I’m not sure if the guy has a learning disability or if he is just clueless to how you treat people. If you don’t want people to get their own snacks from the case go back to locking it. Two people got pizza before me no mask no gloves I get a piece and this guy tells me to use gloves. How the hell was I supposed to know gloves were even available. Last time for me and this casey’s. The guy needs to be punched in the face. If only I wasn’t working Ida thrown it on the floor !
